Hey Bruce, what you have is a 3,500 lb AL KO axle so for a replacement hub/drum you would need the part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and then for replacement brake assemblies you'd want the part # AKEBRK-35-SA and you'd be set. These are self adjusting assemblies too so you wouldn't need to worry about having to tighten them. view full answer...
It is possible that the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs - EZ-Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 72" Long - 2,000 lbs # 20545I-EZ-72-15 you were looking at will fit your 2012 Aliner Classic Camper but the only way to be sure it to measure your current axle, and find the axle rating of your current axle.
Starting with the measurements you will need to know the hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center measurements. For example the # 20545I-EZ-72-15 has a hub face to hub face... view full answer...
Hey Mason, yes the Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series Mini RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4045KA that you referenced can work for you but like you mentioned you do need to make sure your current wiring can handle the higher amperage of this compared to what you had before. Your best option would probably be to have an electrician come out and check out the wiring situation and see what he would recommend. view full answer...
Hi James; the Goodyear Endurance ST205/75R14 Radial Tire w/ 14" Eagle Aluminum Wheel # GY57QB does not come balanced. Trailer tires can be balanced if you wish but it really isn't necessary. Their main responsibility is supporting the load in your trailer, not providing a smooth ride for passengers. If you want them balanced you can always add the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads Single Pack for Trailers # CA66VR.
Are you replacing the wheels and tires on your Aliner? view full answer...
Hey Robert, I wasn't able to find anything on that strut but does it loos like we carry a bunch of 23" long gas struts, like # 3691879-70 which you could potentially use. This particular gas strut is 23' long extended, has a 70 lb compression force, and uses a 10mm ball socket.
If you have something different let me know, and we can find a better replacement. view full answer...
Hello Bryan, thanks for reaching out. I looked up the 2022 Aliner Expedition and it looks like this trailer uses a single 3,500 lb axle. For that, the correct bearing kit is the following:
- Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and AL-KO Axles - 3,500 lb with #84 Spindle # BK2-100 view full answer...
Hey Jeff, we can definitely help but the pins that go into the breakaway switch are not all universal and unless you know what brand it is the best solution is to just replace the entire switch like with the part # 420000 as this approach is universal in what it can replace since the entire switches all install the same way. view full answer...
Good morning Janine. The 2,000 lb axles generally will use the 7 x 1-1/4 Inch assemblies like part # AKEBRK-2 along with a 7" drum. Most 2,000 lb axles will have a straight spindle that uses either the # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) bearings or a # L44643 (1" inner diameter) bearings. I do not have a way to know exactly what bearing size your 2003 Airliner Camper uses, so your best bet will be to remove one of the hubs and unpack the bearings. Each bearing should have a number stamped... view full answer...
I must recommend that you replace the hub/drum as well when changing the size of your braking assemblies because the surface area on the old drums may not line up with the new braking assemblies which is why I recommend replacing both at the same time.
The 10" x 1-1/2" braking assemblies part # K23-472-473-00 will use the same four bolt brake mounting flange as the 10" x 1-3/4" braking assemblies you but we no longer have a correct hub for these.

Hey Jeff, since we know your 2023 Aliner Ranger 12 has 3,500 lb axle the correct bearing kit would be the part # BK2-100. This comes with the needed bearings, a new seal, tang washer, and a cotter pin so if you were to every have a problem you'd have everything you'd possibly need. Have you had bearings fail while towing before? view full answer...
The correct replacement bearing for your Timken 07100 is the # L44643, but to determine the correct race and grease seal you will need to measure your hub.
As long as the outside diameter of your current race is 1.980" you will be able to use race # L44610, but for the grease seal you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to precisely measure the spindle where the grease seal rides and the hub where the grease seal rides as shown in the included diagram.

Hey Bert, since RVs all have the same 14 inch roof opening a vent like the MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini part # MA00-04401M that you referenced would work great. But basically any RV roof vent would technically fit. view full answer...
Hey Wade, since the Progressive Dynamics Panel part # PD4560K18LS8 uses Wago 221 connectors the max gauge wire it can be used with is 10 gauge. What gauge wire were you planning on using? view full answer...

According to my research it looks like you're needing to space the outer hangers 29-1/2" apart and the inner hangers 33" apart since you have 26" long leaf springs.
If you check out the linked photo we have for the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs # APTT5 the "A" and "C" measurements will need to be 29-1/2" while the "B" measurement would need to be that 33". view full answer...
Hi Ron,
Yes, you most likely have a 8 gauge wire which is rated for up to 40 amps so you'd need to go 6 gauge wire. The rating is per hour so two 100 amp hour batteries in parallel would be 200 amp hours divided by 35 or 45, depending on the size you went with, so you'd be looking at roughly 5 hours to charge the battery bank. view full answer...
Hey Doug, congrats on the new SUV. The BAJA Collection Ball Mount w/ 2" Ball and Hitch Pin item # TS27VR, you were looking at will definitely work. This ball mount comes with a locking hitch pin, a 2" hitch ball, and it has a 5-1/4". It's got a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and will insert right into your Yukon's hitch.
How far back does the hitch pin hole sit from the edge of your bumper? This ball mount measures 5" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest portion of the shank.... view full answer...
Hey Steve! The Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU36FR weighs 90 lbs. It is worth noting that this does not add to your tongue weight since it becomes a part of the hitch/frame of the vehicle.

Hi William,
I believe what your 2013 Aliner Sport has are discontinued Bargman tail lights, so we don't have a replacement lens option. The best we can offer are replacement lights, the Peterson Trailer Tail Light w/ License Bracket - Driver Side # V457L and/or Peterson Combination Trailer Tail Light - Passenger Side # V457.
These measure 8-13/16" long x 5-1/16" tall x 2-3/4" thick so should be very close to the size or your current lights but you'll want to take a quick measurement to... view full answer...
Hey Bob, thanks for the information! I've got a couple of options for replacement brake assemblies for your 2001 Aliner Expedition Camper but I am going to need you to take a measurement of your hub to determine which one you'll need. I need you to measure the depth of your hub. I have linked a diagram below that will show you exactly where to find it. It'll either be 2-1/4" wide or 1-1/2" wide. The corresponding brake assemblies you will need are listed below:
1-1/2" wide - Dexter Electric... view full answer...
