My order arrived within 2 day. This product came with the instructions that were very easy to understand and the installation was as simple as the instructions showed . I will order again if I ever need anything else.
Everything was easy except running the power wire to the front battery and the self-adhesive pad wouldn't stick.(dried out). I used some loctite power grab. Instructions were a little vague too. Wish they had a video like for my Volt.
The hitch and the wiring harness both fit perfect with no modifications necessary. The instructions were very clear and straightforward. I would defiantly recommend this setup.
For the most part a very painless installation. Very clear instructions. Simple connections at the rear of the vehicle. Only problematic thing was running the main power from the front of the car to the back and even that was readily facilitated by the CONDUIT that is on the underside of the Veloster. The tricky part will be the actual positioning of the connection where you attach to the trailer connector. Nothing to do with the design of the system but of the vehicle itself. The center exhaust on the Veloster kind of makes for a very hot hitch for sure!
2/9/17 I had my mechanics put it on for me they said the trailer hitch went on fairly easy but the wire harness was a bear took longer to put the wiring harness on the trailer hitch. Still have to get the wiring harness into the trunk it may take a little time also got high hopes successful future
