I was able to easily assemble the wire harness no problem..excellent quality
Plenty of wire length for a no stress f it.
An easy enough install, but there is nowhere to store the cables, except to use the loop-cover to attach the wires to the loop on the side of the hitch. Within 5 months of ownership, two of the wires were severed, having never been used. After 9 months, the remaining two wires also broke off, and I lost the connector without ever getting a chance to use the product. A real shame, and recommend some kind of hear-resistant cover on the exposed wires by the hitch.

It is a shame that the 4 flat connector broke off. I do have a few fixes that I can recommend if the harness is still installed. You can replace the connector using part # HM48190 which will also give you LED test lights to show that the harness is working. Then to keep the harness in place using a bracket like part # C58001 will keep the 4 flat next to the hitch.
