Hey, everybody. Ryan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be checking out the Optronics Stick-On Reflector. These little reflectors are pretty convenient when you're trying to get some extra visibility on your trailer, where you otherwise couldn't install a light or don't really want to. And on our trailer today, kind of a perfect example of that, we have our gate that lifts up and to get a light up here would be a pain, so why haven't bother with it, you know You can take the stick-on the reflector, pop it up there, and make it a little bit easier to see. So, these particular ones are gonna be red in color, and so you'd want to use these on any spots that are facing or on the back of the trailer.
For the front and the sides, you know, I'd suggest using amber, which we actually have. They're the same thing, just different colors. And you can grab these separately, or if you're gonna redo your whole trailer or whatever, you can grab a pack of these, too. It comes with two ambers and two reds, so you kind of have all your bases covered. You know, a lot of times when people are doing stuff like this, they're kind of giving the whole trailer facelift.
And if that's what you plan on doing, you can find lights, grommets, all different types of things right here at etrailer to kind of get you up and going again. Being that these are stick on, you know, you can pretty much put them wherever you want. And really the space that you have to work with is gonna be really your only limitation. So, to help figure out if these will work for you, these are gonna be four inches long and an inch and a quarter wide. So, relatively compact.
And here's another one here. If you look at the double-sided sticky tape, it's actually pretty quality tape, it's not cheap by any means. I've run across some where it's hardly even sticky right out of the box. Not on these lights, but you know, with other products. And as long as the surface is good and clean, there's no reason these shouldn't last for a very long time.
So, when you do go to install these, make sure you have a flat surface, take some rubbing alcohol or some type of cleaner, get it clean and dry and you shouldn't really run into any issues there. Compared to some of the other ones out there, the thing I noticed with these is they're relatively thick and I'm squeezing it pretty hard. I feel like it'd take a lot to actually crack this lens, so it should hold up pretty good. Like I said, some of the other ones are just super thin and not as well built, at least in my opinion. But, you know, with all that said, it's gonna be a great way to make you a little more visible very easily. But I think that will about do it for our look at of the Optronics Stick-On Trailer Reflector.
They look great, I used them on my new John Deere lawn tractor and JD trailer.
Nice, bright reflectors. The included two-sided tape seems to hold firmly. Cleaned the trailer with some solvent, peeled the tape and stuck them on -- just that quick and easy. The picture I took has the reflection of the sun, which is too bright for the cellphone camera.
These reflectors look great! I put them on the rear of my brand new John Deere S100 riding mower.
Simple and easy installation. Perfect for replacing missing reflector on my boat trailer. Simply clean the mounting surface, peel off the adhesive backing, and press it on with some pressure. Later in the day I tested it by trying to pull it off with my fingers after it baked in the hot sun all afternoon at 90 plus degrees, but it did not budge!

After one year bring in the open exposed to elements and going in and out of water at boat ramps the reflectors are still securely attached to my trailer and look light new.
Great fit for our vehicles.

Items were new in a bubble envelope, but they were bouncing around inside not secured or wrapped separately. Luckily I only used one on my motorcycle, the other one not nice enough for the bike(Victory V92). Please go that extra final step when shipping and everyone is happy.
