If it's just the LED light strip that's peeling off, then I recommend picking up some strong adhesive double-sided take and securing it back in place with that, but if you're talking about the "bar" that the light installs into, then you'll either need to figure out a way to sew it back in place, or completely remove it and do an overhaul replacement of your light kit. To help remove the 3M adhesive I recommend using some heat like a hair dryer or something similar. You may need to use a tool to scrap the adhesive off as well.   The Optronics Flexible LED Light Strip # UCL90CB is definitely 3/8" wide so it will be too wide for your awning, but you could still clean the side of your camper and mount this directly to the wall if you wish, that way you can use it without having to completely open up your awning. I looked at some of our other options and they look to be too large as well so we don't have anything that will be a direct replacement for that channel in your Carefree awning tube.
