Its doing great have used it several times with no problems , great product
I had to widen the hole in my trucks undercarriage on the right side to be able to fish the bolt through from that side. the left side had a hole that was wide enough. Impossible to fish both through from the left side as there is a blockage in the middle. Do absolutely clean and tap the threaded holes in your undercarriage. We stripped one and had to retap it because we skipped this step. Very firm mount though when done. the hitch seems very solid.
I was so excited when the package arrived and couldn't wait to install it on my truck. Product was exactly like the photo when I made the purchase. Installation was realitivley easy. Bolts attached directly to the frame on the underside of my 2016 Tacoma.
I wanted to add the trailer hitch to my truck for the purpose of attaching my bike rack that inserts into the hitch and has the ability to carry 2 bikes. Before the hitch I would toss my bikes into the back of the bed of my truck.
I would most certainly recommend this product to anyone who's considering purchasing a trailer hitch. The price was the best that I could find.

Both hitch and wiring harness were delivered on time, no problems. Hitch is well constructed for a mass produced item. All items needed for installation are included. It is a 2 man operation as the hitch is 45 lbs. We were very impressed with the on-line video (youtube) for our yr (2016) Tacoma. Was VERY impressed with “threaded” fish-wire included. That part was the easiest. Hardest part for us was lining up and installing the 4 bolts to the frame. Spacing was just a little off and we almost had to remove hitch and enlarge holes on hitch mounting bracket-to-frame. After several attempts, we were able to get all 4 bolts threaded.
Wiring harness (flat-4) installation went well, just time consuming as we were in a driveway and didn’t have use of a full size lift. Only suggestion would have had truck-to-trailer plug coming out of Tacoma knockout box on bumper instead of hanging loose under bumper.
You do need basic understanding/experience with hand tools and wire splicing/assembly to install both items even with inline videos.

Great product. Fit like a glove. Everything came packaged very well inside a big box, along with all the necessary hardware. Installation was a breeze and took me and my wife about half an hour to install it. She loves it.

Great. We used this on a trip to Oklahoma with a bicycle rack. No problems the entire trip. This is my third drawtite and ive never had any problems with these hitches.
Drawtite hitches are all I've ever used, the extra hole in the receiver for a j-pin stabilizer is the reason why. Anyone that has had a rattling bike rack or cargo carrier would appreciate the silence and security of a Drawtite receiver. Perfectly engineered for my Tacoma and easily installed in less than 1/2 hour.
Excellent, very sturdy yet easy to install. A perfect fit for my little 2019 Toyota Tacoma SR 2WD, it took less than 30 minutes for my husband to install by himself. I will be buying from you guys again, I have my eyes on the running boards just can't decide which design to get that would match perfectly with my new rims and tires my husband is getting for me. I received the product on the day it was said to arrive, the box itself was in pretty rough shape. However the product seemed undamaged, the trailer hitch was quick and easy to install even with just one person installing it. I will be using this new hitch to tow my new boat here pretty soon so I am excited to try it out! 2017 Tacoma, Great customer service, fast free shipping, good price, bolt pulling wires were great, my hitch was half of a bolt hole off when i tried to install with all of the mounting bolts loose, contacted etrailer, they said common occurrence and sent an email for ways to flex the hitch mounting brackets. Bottle jack and lumber flexed it enough for easy perfect fit.
When I saw the box my initial reaction was not positive since the hitch was protruding. I would give it 5 stars if it had been packaged properly. So the paint was scraped off in several places. Otherwise it survived the abuse from the delivery.
2019 Toyota Tacoma SR Access Cab with Utility Package 6' bed....I wasn't sure if I had the right hitch for my truck, it fits different models and I didn't see mine there, but Lori B at etrailer assured me it was. I live 2 hours away and could have gone and picked it up but they had it shipped to me and i recieved it the next day. via ups I attached the wires to the bolts and spacers to fish them thru like it shows on the paper, once that's done i moved on to the 4 main bolts. TAKE CARE to run the bolts up each hole to make sure the threads are clean. I have a linex undercoating and it wasn't easy cleaning out the holes, I managed to get a bolt started and then ran it back and forth a few times in each hole. the hitch doesn't weigh that much its easy enough to prop one end up on your leg and get a bolt started, once that's done get one on the other side. once I had those 4 in and snug i removed the wires for the last 2 but wasn't sure if there was enough threads to get the washer and nut on "look at the picture" there's a gap. so I put a nut on and snugged it up, then was able to do it right. all in all it was really easy to install. thank you etrailer, thank you Lori B.

I received the package, a big box with all the components. The installation was very simple after watching the video. My 15 year old daughter helped me and it took us 20 to 30 minutes aprox to install it. I will be having a professional install the electrical connection even though it looks simple in the video, but my wife was pretty insistent that we need to pay somebody else for that. I appreciated how well informed I was by the seller in every step of the purchase after placing the order. So far, 5 stars!!
The hitch required a minor adjustment which was explained by William S in a quick phone chat, then the installation was a 20 minute job with no problems.

Hitch fit perfectly on my 2019 Tacoma and was easy to install. Did it by myself in under 30 min but required some bench pressing to hold it up as I put the nuts on the bolts. Looks great and the only part that is visible is the receiver tube.

Arrived in new condition with all the hardware and instructions taped to the receiver. The box was in good shape except for a hole rubbed in the side which didn't cause any problems. Installation was straightforward. Looks nice... not much shows. Looks and feels heavy duty.
