2018 Toyota Yaris
After reading some of the reviews, I was relieved to find out that this hitch receiver fit perfectly on 2018 Toyota Yaris IA. I need to order an adapter so I can use a 2" receiver to carry my bike rack. Looks good. Very happy with the purchase. Simple to install. I installed it myself.

Works exactly as expected. This is my second Curt trailer hitch: and the first one for my Toyota Yaris iA (this model). I love how low profile it is, and I feel safe putting my bikes on the back of my Yaris now. I've used it just for a 2-bike rack, and the Yaris can handle the small extra weight just fine. I know the photo I sent, you can't see the hitch at all: that was the point of the photo! It's there. You can see it from the back, but I love that from the side of the car, it maintains its same sleak look.

2019 Toyota Yaris
I ordered a 1 1/4 Curt Hitch for my 2019 Toyota Yaris LE Sedan. I’m not planning on pulling a trailer, but mostly for attaching a bike rack or bumper protector/step since I live in New York; you can have your bumper destroyed in no time here.
I had someone installed the hitch for me at a local shop. Yaris doesn’t have much clearance and you’ll need to lift the car to have more access from under in order to place the hitch in it is place. I had a coupon which covered labor, so it worked for me. The technician finished installation within 40 minutes and I was good to go. Very satisfied.

Poor fit. Had to try two to get a decent one. First one was off by a half inch! Second one was off by about 1/4”. Had to use a clamp to flex it so i could get the bolt through enough to catch the thread with the nut. Very poor quality control on these curt products. They come poorly packaged as well. Fun times. This is the only one if you have this car so you may have to buy it. So be ready for issues. You absolutely must grind a larger hole in your car to install it regardless of if you are lucky enough to get one that fits on the first go.

Very happy with it. Had it installed by a shop. It can be done with normal tools and loads of patience but did not feel like doing it myself. Heavy piece for sure but I am happy with the way it looks. Plan to haul my bike for the foreseeable future.
