This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your vehicle's frame with no welding required. Powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant.Box came damaged but the hitch was not. I watched the installation videos for this and the Drawtite and decided on the Curt per the recommendation of better fitment. The install video made installation a breeze. I had one issue not with the hitch but one of the threaded holes in the frame it was whacked. It took a minute but I was able to tap out the hole and get the hitch installed. I like the fact that the frame of the hitch is hidden behind the bumper and I have plenty of room for my bike rack. Nice addition to my 2022 Santa Fe.

Works great no issues fits the car well
At this point, the installation is complete. I liked the prompt shipping (plus free). The hitch appears to be as advertised. Also it doesn’t interfere with my spare tire removal (hopefully unnecessary activity)
My objective with this hitch is to carry my two E-Bikes to various locations. At 50 plus pounds each, I needed a stout hitch. Your recommended weight capacity rating should be sufficient.
I’ll remain optimistic until proven otherwise.
** A side bar note of interest to me, I have several family members living in the Wentzville MO area, they will be anxious to hear my reviews of a local company, as time passes.
Perfect fit. All you need is a floor jack to assist holding in place. Don't force bolt. Use your fingers!

Installer said no issues with install. Looks very good on car. I like that the hitch does not protrude way beyond the bumper. Use this hitch for a e-bike rack.
Simple and straightforward directions but install not so easy. Two man DIY. Took an hour. The passenger side arm of the hitch is difficult to access even with the muffler out of the way. The way the arm of the hitch is made creates a difficult job in getting a hand torque wrench in the right position. The E trailer video shows you how to do the driver side which is really easy and they skip the pain in the butt passenger side. you have just a few inches of sweet spot to get a torque wrench in there. The way it’s made creates a backstop that prevents you from using a long extension. If you have an automated torque wrench like the one they use in the video, it should be fairly smooth but if you buy hand torque wrench like I have, it’s more difficult. Not impossible but you’ll spend some time getting it tight. One of the side bolts I could not get a full 60 pound torque due to angle. You will need a little extension to the torque wrench of just a couple inches. Almost impossible to do it without an extension, and most extensions are too long. Overall, I would do it again as it is very straightforward, but I definitely would borrow or buy an automated bent neck torque wrench for the passenger side bolts especially the two side bolts.
The product fit very well and no rattles or shakes. I did not need to get the dealer hitch with the wiring as I use this for my bike carrier. Great quality and I have purchased 3 trailer hitches so far. Great Value
Super easy to install. Super easy. They have a insulation video on the webpage that shows step-by-step how to do it. I didn’t even need to lift my car off the ground to put it on. Just tested it out this weekend on a camp out where I attached a cargo carrier and bike rack in one. It put a lot of torque on the hitch especially when you hit dips on the freeway going 70. The hitch didn’t budge. Now I just need to get heavy duty shocks.

Still going strong a year later after many many camping trips and cargo loads. Still need to get those shocks or a lift kit or something.

This is the 3rd trailer hitch that I have purchased from etrailer. They make the process of purchasing the correct product very easy. The installation videos are excellent. The videos are very detailed and step you through the installation process.
The hitch receiver was an exact fit for my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. 1 hour to install with excellent instructions. Did NOT have to bend Exhaust isolator mount as described in instructions, plenty of clearance. Did not raise vehicle to install. Totally elated with the quality and looks of this product. The rubber cap ( in photos) was not included.

Still completely satisfied. No problems at all.
Looks as described on vehicle, hides up in behind bumper which I like! Finish is good. Could have a better fit as far as being as wide as frame rails, seemed like I spread it wider tightening it up. Hardware could be better! But overall satisfied with end product!
Installed on a 2023 Kia Sorrento PHEV. Fit great, no issues. The only tricky part of the install was getting the torque wrench on the bolt heads on the exhaust side (passenger side), due to a small working area around the exhaust system. Other than that, super easy install.
Easy to install. Used online video. I just bought Sorento Hybrid. Best to do when undercarriage of car is clean. This was my 4th hitch install.
I had a couple of questions being that our car is a plug in hybrid. All we're answered, the hitch fit great and install was easy.
My husband was able to install this all by himself. Super easy to do on the 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid Limited. Shipping was incredibly fast and pleased with updates and notifications. Product was everything we hoped. Thank you!

Still GREAT! We haul our 4 bikes for the family and it works so well with the weight. Weve hauled the bikes over 4,000 miles and still works perfectly.
Hitch and wiring harness were exact fit, and were easy to install after watch the instillation videos.
The install was super easy and very quick. The hitch hides up under the body and all that is exposed is the area for the receiver. I would advise an extension and both deep well and regular socket head to make the install easier. Doing the install under the car on the ground added a little extra effort but was still easily accessible.
The sipping box had been torn open and I was afraid I would be missing things. It looked as if it had been done on purpose. The whole top had been ripped free of the staples, like you would do to open it. But the small box was still inside with the rest of the order. The hitch is very nicely made.
The hitch receiver arrived in good condition. . .no damage. It arrived sooner than I was expecting it. Will have it installed next week. So far, very happy with etrailer.com.
