The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C34ER which is a fit for a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe does indeed have a hidden crosstube design. I have attached a photo of this hidden design for you below as well. If you'll be towing then you'll need a few other items; the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # CU94FR and etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
