Built for small trailers, campers, or cargo carriers, this Curt Class II trailer hitch receiver gives you up to 3,500 lbs of gross trailer weight and 350 lbs of tongue weight capacity. The 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" receiver opening works for light towing setups and everyday hauling without adding bulk. It’s a solid option for anyone who needs that extra utility for road trips or around-town projects.
You don’t need to weld or modify anything to get this hitch on your vehicle. It’s designed as a custom fit so the mounting holes line up where they should. The bolt-on installation means you can use basic tools and get it done in your driveway. A complete hardware kit and instructions come with it, so everything you need for a clean install is right in the box.
The fully welded steel construction and precision robotic welds give this hitch its strength and consistent fit. A gloss black powder coat over a protective base coat adds rust resistance and keeps it looking sharp through years of use. The round-tube design offers a smooth, finished look under the bumper that blends well while still doing the heavy lifting when it counts.
Whether you’re towing a small trailer, mounting a cargo basket, or adding a bike rack, this receiver gives you flexibility for different setups. Drawbar, pin, and clip are sold separately so you can choose the accessories that fit your needs best. It’s rated Class II for light-duty towing but built strong enough to handle regular weekend use without worry.

It sounds like that the side brackets were knocked out of alignment which can happen while in transit to our facility or to you. We do have a FAQ that can assist with moving the side brackets of the hitch back into alignment I also recommend viewing our FAQ on hitch installation and the video that we have on a 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon.

The hitch has endured a NJ winter and now is enjoying a Florida summer with no issues. It is tight and looks like new with no rust or other wear issues. No problems here!
