The Curt Class III hitch, part # C67JR is a fit for all models of the 2020 and 2021 7th Gen Subaru Legacy, including the Touring XT.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # C79CR, a ball mount like
# AMSC2, and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
