Radial tire has a ply rating of 6 and a 1,820-lb maximum load at 50 psi. The 15" x 5" steel trailer wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. Pebbled black wheel is triple protected with a zinc, e-coat, and powder coat finish.

The tire on this assembly has a 1-year worry-free guarantee. If within the first 12 months the tire is damaged in any way, it will be replaced at no charge.
Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this Kenda Karrier ST205/75R15 load range C radial trailer tire with this 15" black galv star wheel, with the 5" on 4 1/2" bolt pattern. Now this tire and wheel assembly is going to be great for boat trailers and stock trailers and utility trailers and campers. This is a special trailer tire or ST tire, and this has sturdy sidewall so that it can handle heavy loads. This is created specifically for trailers and not intended for use on other vehicles.
As you know, radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway, and this radial tire is constructed with double seal belts and full nylon plys that combine for superior function and long tire life. The computer generated tread design and premium rubber compound materials are gonna give you superior traction in wet or dry conditions. So, as I mentioned, and as we have stamped here on our tire, this is an ST205/75R15 tire. The section width is 8 1/8", and the outer diameter is 27 5/16". This is a load range C tire, meaning it has a six ply rating.
The maximum load is 1,820 pounds at 50 PSI, and this has a speed rating of M, indicating a maximum speed of 81 miles per hour. Now I realize it's probably gonna be hard for you to see through the camera, but this wheel does have a pebbled black finish on it. This is a steel wheel with this pebbled black finish. And this does have a modular design, as you can see here. So that finish, it's kind of a rough textured finish that it has, and again, I realize because of the darker color and just because of my camera, you're not able to really pick up on that texture.
But this wheel is from Dexstar, and so this is going to be sturdy. It's going to be corrosion resistant, and it features superior oxidation protection with a zinc E-coat and powder coat. Now the dimensions of our wheel, looking at the diameter first, measuring bead seat to bead seat is 15" in diameter and the width of the wheel is 5". This does have a 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern, and in case you don't know, the first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes, and the second number is the diameter in inches of the circle on which the bolt holes sit. So to determine the bolt circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes as we have here, you simply measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first.
The capacity of this wheel is 2,200 pounds. The wheel stud size is 1/2" by 20. The center cap is sold separately, but if you do pick one up, you just wanna make sure that it fits the pilot diameter of 3.19". This assembly does meet the Department of Transportation specifications, and I think that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that our brief time together was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
Awesome combo, price, and delivery!
Thank you for getting my wheel here in a timely manner.
Fast shipment, quality product !
Excellent tire, came as described. Also excellent service after sale as I needed to swap out to different rim after my mistake. Thank you Stacey A for your help.
Best bang for the buck.
Great service on time delivery
Fast delivery and great quality at a competitive price. etrailer has never failed to provide prompt, accurate delivery at great prices.
Exactly what I was looking for and matched what I had on the trailer. Shipping is fast and they have good communication.
One of the tires dates back to Dec 2023. This is old as far as I’m concerned. Tire rack always discloses old inventory FYI.
The delivery portion was great, all came in an individual box, and no damage. The wheels' finish seems durable and looks great. The only reason for 4 stars is the Tires themselves are wearing faster than expected. That said, they do seem to ride better than the previous tires and provide more shock absorption for the horses. I would consider picking them again, even knowing what I know now.
The color didn't quite match what I was looking for, but it's a nice wheel with a good tire. The color was a little darker than I thought it would be.
These tires are complete garbage. Had 4 on my trailer when I bought it brand new (1 year old). Had one tire separate at 1k miles, so I ordered this kit to replace it. Have had this tire on for MAYBE 1k miles and it’s shaped like an egg and shaking terribly.
Save your money and buy a better tire.
The Wheel and tire are just what I hoped for when I shopped for my "spare spare." It is of high quality, and reasonable priced. After having 2 blowouts on my trailer in two days a few years ago, I carry two spares. That way I can go on to the next stop without having to make another stop stop to get another tire first. try finding a spare tire replacement on a Sunday. I have it in my tow vehicle, and hope I never have to use it!
