Ready for the road, this pre-mounted tire and wheel combo helps your trailer tow smoothly and consistently mile after mile. The aluminum wheel resists corrosion, and the low-profile tire design helps boost fuel efficiency.
This combo comes mounted and ready to install, so you can skip the extra steps. Whether you are replacing a worn setup or getting a trailer ready to go, it saves time and gets you back on the road faster.
For small trailers carrying gear, tools, or weekend loads, this setup gives you added support in the same tire size. The Load Range D rating handles up to 1,709 lbs per tire, making it a dependable choice for regular use.
This is one of the most widely used bolt patterns for small trailers. It lines up with a variety of utility, cargo, and boat trailers, making replacements simple and straightforward.
The KR35 radial tire is built for consistent highway towing. It helps your trailer track smoothly and reduces vibration, making longer drives feel more controlled.
If your trailer sees rain, humidity, or coastal use, aluminum is a smart move. The matte black aluminum wheel resists corrosion better than traditional steel, helping it maintain its look over time.
The AM03 design gives your trailer a more refined look compared to a standard steel wheel. It adds a clean, modern style while still keeping things practical and easy to match.
If the tire fails under normal use in the first year, Kenda will replace it. That's confidence you can count on, whether you're heading to the jobsite or the campsite.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Kenda Carrier KR35-ST18580R13 load range D radial trailer tire mounted on this 13-inch aluminum AM03 wheel. This Kenda Carrier KR35 is a complete trailer tire and wheel assembly that's designed for those who are looking for an easy replacement or an upgrade from a basic factory setup. So this comes with, as I mentioned at the beginning of our time together and as we have stamped here, an ST18580R13 radial trailer tire. And this tire is for trailer use only, not for vehicular use. And this is going to come to you already mounted on this 13-inch matte black AM03 aluminum wheel.
So what's nice about this is you're not going to have to worry about buying the tire and wheel separately and have them mounted afterwards. It's all going to come exactly as you see it here. Now, the wheel does use a five on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern, which is common on smaller utility trailers, cargo trailers, campers, and boat trailers. If you need help measuring your bolt pattern and you're not real sure how to do it, on this product page a little bit lower down, we walk you through step by step how to measure the bolt pattern on your trailer to make sure that you're getting a tire and wheel assembly that is going to fit. Now, this tire is a load range D with an 8-ply rating and it can carry up to 1,709 pounds at 65 PSI.
The wheel itself is rated for 1,740 pounds. So the tire is 1,709 pound capacity, 1,709 pound capacity is the limiting factor for this assembly. One of the main reasons you might choose this setup is going to be the radial tire construction. As you know, radial tires are generally a great fit for regular highway towing because they flex more rather than bias ply tires and they're designed to give you a smoother, more stable ride. This aluminum wheel is another major part of this upgrade.
Compared with the traditional steel trailer wheel, aluminum is going to give you better corrosion resistance which can be especially useful on trailers that see rain, humidity or marine environments. And this matte black split spoke AM03 design also gives the trailer a more finished appearance than a standard painted steel wheel. And appearance is one of the most commonly praised parts of this particular assembly or Kenda assemblies across the board. Our wheel, the diameter, bead seat to beat seat is 13 inches. The width of the wheel is going to be 4 1/2 inches.
This does not come with the center cap, but if you decide to pick one up, you just want to make sure that it fits the pilot hole diameter of 3.19 inches. Well, I think that's going to wrap up our quick look today. Again, my name is Andy. Thanks for joining me.

It's almost like these wheels were made to me mounted on your trailer, Keith. Also good luck on the suspension upgrade once you tackle that job. What kind of upgrade were you looking at going, equalizer, shackle upgrade, or all of the above?

New wheels are looking sharp Rey! What body of water do you mainly get out on? I am in Missouri and enjoy my nice days out on the boat fishing for bass at Lake of the Ozarks and Mark Twain Lake.

Would absolutely love to see how everything looks once the wheels are on. Also, how custom are your custom lug nuts? is it just the length or is there something else to them?
