Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look together at our TecNiq 8 Function Slim Line taillight. It considered a six inch long by three and a half by two inch. Now folks, this is the left side or driver hand side. And the way you could tell the driver's side is that it's gonna have this license plate light down here on the bottom. So as you can see, that is glowing down on the bottom.
I do have this kind of pre-wired right now just for demonstration purposes. So this is just regular daylight and what I can do here is I can simulate the brakes being applied. And so give me a second here. And when the brakes are applied, you're gonna see the light get brighter here. There we go.
And that's how it works. And with the lights off here, you can see a little better. So again, running lights and you have the license plate light on the bottom. And then when you apply the brakes, nice bright brake light, and let's zoom out and see if we can get a better view as well. And again, you have your turn signals.
So you have eight functions. You have stop, tail, turn, side marker, clearance light, rear reflector, side reflector, and again that license plate light, giving you a nice cost effective design. Now this is powered by six LEDs inside of here, plus that white LED at the bottom. And again, you have a nice long length of wires here. It's at least 12 inches it looks like easily.
And then for mounting it, you have the slots here where this would just push down over the bolts that you already have on your trailer, so there's no bolts included. It does use two quarter inch by 20 thread count carriage bolts. And again, it measures six inches, three and a half tall, two inches wide. Now this has been sealed for dust and waterproofing, so it is gonna be great option for you as well in those terrains. And it has a durable impact resistant lens. Now again, this is the left hand side or driver's side. If you want the passenger or right hand side, that item number is TN99AR sold separately.
