Our old trailer lights are rusted....looking for 7 lights that will work as stop, turn, tail light. Does this light work as turn signal?

This 7 inch Round Transit Stop and Tail Light # ST90RB can do stop and turn signals when used on a combined stop/turn circuit, but it cannot do taillight functions as well.
The closest thing to a 7 inch 3 function trailer light we have is the 4-3/8 inch Round Trailer Tail Light, Stud Mount, 3-Function Trailer Light # ST24RB. However, this light is only 4-3/8 inches in diameter.
