One would be hard pressed to find better Tail lights for a utility trailer. Super easy to install & hook up. The lights are bright & these are even submersible. I broke my driver's side light & even though the break involved some of the housing only, the lense was not broken and the light still worked perfectly. I didn't really even have to replace it, but it was held in position with clear packing tape and that probably wouldn't last long, so I got a new one. These are without a doubt the best trailer tail lights available, period.

  • Troubleshooting Peterson Tail Lights on Boat Trailer That Keep Burning Out
It really all depends on what trailer light kit you have installed on your boat trailer. Some kits are designed to withstand submersion and other kits aren't. If you can let me know what kit is on your trailer (not just the type of bulbs you use) I can help you determine if it is submersible (granted we carry it). Another thing to note is that you need to make sure your trailer wiring is unplugged before backing the trailer into the water. Even if your lights are submersible, if you don't...

  • Replacement For Wesbar 50010 Tail Lights on Boat Trailer
The Wesbar 50010 are approximately 4-1/2 inches square, so the best option to replace them will be similarly sized LED tail lights: - Driver Side: Blazer LED Trailer Tail Light # C7483RTM - Passenger Side: Blazer LED Trailer Tail Light # C7493RTM These are submersible lights that have mounting studs that measure 2" apart on center, and have a 3-wire pigtail (ground/tail/stop & turn).

  • Upgrading Tire Speed Specs and LED Submersible Tail Lights on an Ultra-Tow Aluminum 4x8 Trailer
I have the perfect solution for you with the Taskmaster 4.80-12 Tire # TT48012C. This tire has a Load Range C (990 lbs at 90 psi) weight capacity per tire and can travel safely up to 81 mph so it definitely fits the bill! If you need to replace the wheel as well then I recommend checking out the Dexstar Mini Mod which comes in Black # DEX44FR or White # AM20140 depending on what style you'd like for your trailer. When it comes to the lights I recommend checking out the Blazer lights...

  • Troubleshooting Blazer Trailer Tail Light C7493RTM That Stopped Working
First check to make sure the light is grounded properly. That is typically what causes a trailer light to stop working. Especially when the light is an LED that doesn't normally burn out. The light # C7493RTM that you referenced has a sealed lens that does not allow you to get into it. Plus the LED light inside it is not like a standard bulb that is easily replaced. Try improving the ground first. That will most likely fix the problem. I attached a couple help articles on troubleshooting...

  • Is Bulb of Blazer Trailer Tail Light # C7493RTM Replaceable
The Blazer Trailer Tail Light # C7493RTM is an LED assembly which means that the bulb isn't replaceable, but due to how long LEDs last you really wouldn't have to worry about that. Unlike incandescent bulbs LEDs last a very long time so they aren't designed to be replaced.

  • Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Where Blinkers Only Work with Headlights Off
Sounds like your issue is that you have the running light circuit wiring ran to the brighter stop/turn illumination circuit of the lighting. So what you'd want to do is reverse the wiring of the two circuits. Either at the connector or at the lights (whichever is easiest) and you'd have the issue handled!

  • Does GloLight LED Combination Trailer Tail Light STL161RLB Have Built In Side Marker Light?
The GloLight LED Combination Trailer Tail Light - 5 Function - Submersible - 39 Diodes - Driver Side # STL161RLB you were looking at does not have a built in side marker light, so you would need to add a side marker light using # 328-K-52. Another option would be to use the Blazer LED Trailer Tail Light - Submersible - 6 Function - 7 Diodes - Red Lens - Passenger Side # C7493RTM and Driver Side # C7483RTM instead which do have the built in side marker lights. • 2012 Jeep Liberty Headlights Cause My Trailer Turn Signals and Brake Lights to Fail
It sounds like there may be a couple of issues going on here. First, It is very common for LED lights like # C7493RTM & # C7483RTM to remain on very dimly whenever the trailer is connected to a vehicle, even if the ignition is turned off. The only solution is to disconnect your trailer when you will be parked for extended periods. Now let's address the bigger issue. When turning on the vehicle's headlights causes one or more of the trailer lights to stop working the number one culprit...

  • Replacement Blazer Driver Side LED Trailer Tail Light Assembly
The Blazer Trailer Tail Light # C7483RTM referenced in your question is the only driver side assembly from Blazer that we currently have available. The pictures of your existing unit did not come through for some reason so I'm not sure exactly what your assemblies look like, however the lens on this light does feature individual circular patterns for the LEDs within the large outer circle. I have attached an image to better clarify this. I have also attached an installation video that...

  • Troubleshooting Trailer Lighting That All Blinks When the Right Turn Signal is Applied
Sounds like you have the running light circuit of your trailer wiring shorted out or ran to the right turn signal circuit which is causing all of the lights to blink when that circuit is activated. I'd go over all of the wiring of the trailer and clean up any connections or exposed wire as needed.

  • Interchangeability of Trailer Taillights Left and Right Assemblies
I can see the possibility of 2 issues presenting themselves. First would be the mounting brackets. If they are offset the bracket may not be able to fit your mount. Or if the lights are only designed to slide on one direction like the Blazer LED Trailer Tail Lights # C7483RTM and # C7493RTM. If the bolts were to loosen the light could slide off the bolts and be dragged by the wiring. Second is if the lights have a weep hole to release any water that would accumulate in the lens. When...

  • Troubleshooting Trailer Running Light Circuit Not Functioning
Try connecting a known working 12 volt power source to the brown wires of the Blazer LED Trailer Tail Light # C7493RTM that you referenced. This is the running light circuit. If the light does not come on then the assembly is the problem but if it does then you know it's the wiring that runs to the assemblies. You should also verify that the white wire is connected to a solid ground too as that can sometimes cause lights not to work.

This light is also a red, square, LED light with mounting studs 2" apart on center.
