Wondering if the bulb can be replaced and if so how.

The Blazer Trailer Tail Light # C7493RTM is an LED assembly which means that the bulb isn't replaceable, but due to how long LEDs last you really wouldn't have to worry about that. Unlike incandescent bulbs LEDs last a very long time so they aren't designed to be replaced.
