Decent fenders, decent price. They were not exactly shaped properly, but I drilled to the 2 top bolt and then "formed them" slightly to fit before marking and drilling the lower holes. They look great and we will see how long they last

The fenders I ordered are very nice, but a bit lighter weight than the ones I'm replacing. I received these very quickly, about 2.5 days after I placed the order! I will have to make some modifications on the trailer fender brackets to install these new fenders. They almost look to good to put on an old trailer, but they will look great! The product description said wield on and someone asked about bolting them, the product rep said they were for wield on application and would require a support be wielded to the fender. That all being said I'm Irish / hard headed and have tools. I cut off my rusted steel steel fenders, fit cut and bent the fenders. Then using fender washers, 1/4 - 20 bolts, and clear calk I bolted the fender onto the side of my trailer. I did have the benefit of having a 1 1/2 angle at the front and back of the previous fender installation which I incorporated into this installation. Although I would have preferred a thicker gauge metal I feel I can stand on top of the fender without damaging or taring the fender from the trailer. I finished the job with another bead of calk at joint and I'm very pleased with the final outcome.
Exactly what I was looking for, simple fix and a major improvment, with a small investment.
The trailer finders that I received from etrailer.com we just what I was wanting. they will do just what I want them to. Good quality for the price. I will be buying more from etrailer.com now that I have found them.

I ordered these fenders even though they said "weld on" application. I screwed these on to my trailer with 1/4" self tapping screws and then applied a bead of clear silicone to the lip against the trailer. They word perfectly, were very solid and I am extremely please with my purchase. I would highly recommend these to anyone replacing existing fenders.

Approximately 6 months after I installed the fenders I started to notice small cracks at the bend seam of one of the fenders. A few months later the other side started to develop the same cracks. It seems the cracks are a result of the wind pressure hitting the front surface of the fender while traveling. Looking in my mirrors while driving the fenders are shaking back and forth in the wind and after a while the cracks start developing. The solution to this problem would be for the manufacture to increase the thickness of the fender for more stability. If they were a bit thicker they might not have cracked. I am going to take the trailer to a welding ship and see how much it would cost to weld a flat piece of bar srock to the underside of the fender along the bend for additional support. Also the cracks can be welded as well but without the extra bars for support they would probably just crack again.
Tire blew on Interstate, took original fender with it. Original was 9" deep, all I could find for replacement were 10" deep, so I replaced both. Install was easy, measure twice, screw once!
