Question:

Looking for metal fender edging. Alum diamond plate 0.100 thickness. Will this product fit over the sharp edges, or suggest another product to meet the need?

Hello again Bruce,

I wasn't completely sure whether the Small Edge Trim for Enclosed Trailer # 362ET4119-25 would fit over your 0.100" thick aluminum, so I tested it on the Single Axle Jeep Style Trailer Fender # HP96VR, which is the same thickness. It fits great! You can see how well it sits over the edge in the picture I attached.

For a little extra security, I would tape off the fender and apply a rubber-safe spray adhesive where you'll be installing the trim. You should be able to pick some up at your local hardware or automotive store. That will help keep the trim from working loose over time from wind, vibration, and road use.

What kind of trailer are you sprucing up?
