Hello, neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at our pre-cut fender back for the Redline Trailer Fenders. Now, folks, this is precut to fit perfectly inside those fenders. It is a weld-on application. It is designed to prevent water and road debris from entering the trailer bed. It's constructed of a 16 through 18-gauge steel, so the thickness is between .048 and .057 inches.

You may get one somewhere between that thickness as materials can change. It is made here in the US. It fits a Redline Fender part number F9X32-1R. It is 29 3/4 inches long by 10 inches tall. Now, same thing with the thickness.

If you get something slightly shorter or slightly taller or vice versa, just keep in mind they get different kind of materials depending on the shipment they have at hand. So the variances may be a little off, but again, this is a fabrication part, so you're gonna be welding it anyways. And the lip on the fenders is usually a good 1/2 inch to 3/4 of an inch overhang anyways, so you should have plenty of metal there no matter what.
