Howdy neighbor, Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at a coupler pin. So we have a lot of these on our website, but some are gonna be better for other couplers than the others. So with this one, it's gonna be 3 1/2 inches long, and it's gonna have a diameter of about 1/4 inch. So make sure that your hole is gonna be nice and sized right so we can fit this on here. This is gonna be great for the easy lock couplers, as you see here, it's plenty long, and it is gonna be made of steel with a zinc coating, so it's not gonna rust away over time.
So it'll look good just like our powder-coated coupler here. And it is a little spring latch, you just lift this up and clip it in. You can use it on couplers like this, it might be a little overkill since it's so long. We really don't need a long one for this. We do have a shorter one we just did a video on, and that's on our website as well.
So it will work for this, but it's a little big. And that'll do it for our look at the zinc-plated 3 1/2 inch coupler pin..

- Recommendation for a Handle Locking Pin on the Reese Titan 20k Sliding HitchGood news, I was able to find 3 pins that will work for you. The Torklift Turnbuckle Pin Lock # TL11001, Roadmaster Coupler Padlock # RM-305, and the Husky Safety Lock Pin # 37201211 were the three pins I found that will fit through the hole in the handle. I tested all of these options and would recommend the # TL11001 because it was the easiest to insert and remove and is a locking pin. - replacement Pin for an Old Thule Rac N Lock CarrierDo you have a way to measure the opening? For this purpose even a ruler would suffice in showing the diameter that would fit versus what would not. Pin # Y8780020 is a 3/8 inch diameter which is about as small as you are going to find for pins like this. Everything else is going to be 1/2 inch or larger. Outside of replacement bike rack parts we have snapper pin # 14-212TR which is a small 1/4 inch diameter. The same for # 14-238 and the longer # 37201211.
