Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this five-position weld-on adjustable channel bracket. This six-hole channel bracket with a 15,000 pound weight capacity is gonna give you the ability to mount your height adjustable coupler. This bracket has five different mounting positions for your coupler. So, we have one, two, three, four, five.
That's gonna give you eight inches of vertical adjustment. You're just going to use this to mount your ball coupler, lunette ring, or clevis on your trailer. And this bracket is of a half inch sturdy steel construction with a raw finish and a light oil that's gonna make it easy for welding. And let me retrieve my ruler here and give you some measurements that might prove helpful. The overall height we are sitting right at 12 inches tall.
And this is going to be about 2 1/4 inches thick. And then the inside channel width, we are sitting right at three inches wide. And then the measurement, center to center between these holes, we're gonna be sitting right at about, looks like two inches, center to center. Line that up here a little bit better. There we go.
Two inches, center to center. And that hole diameter is 3/4 of an inch. And I just wanna mention these two rear holes, they are not for mounting hardware as that could potentially obstruct the coupler in the channel. They could be for button welds but you would still want to weld down the sides of this unit and they measure six inches, center to center. So overall, this is gonna be a very sturdy, adjustable channel bracket for you.
And if it meets the specs that you are looking for, I think it's gonna work out great for you. That's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..

Use this 6-hole, 5-position channel bracket to mount your height-adjustable coupler. Offers 8" of vertical adjustment. Raw finish makes welding a breeze. We ordered the wrong size channel bracket I called Madison at etrailer she not only sent me a returns shipping label and had the correct one the next day.
Amazing Job She went well above and beyond my expectations.
Simple product, well executed.
what can I see ? made of heavy steel, holes are drilled correctly...and lasts a long time
wish I could buy gussets the same thickness to reinforce the part of the channel that ends up either above or below the frame--I make them now
good quality,heavy steel

I made this adjustable bracket for my Raven snowmobile trailer. Went from hydraulic brakes to 11 electric brakes. I did the conversion myself. Its great as different trucks have different receiver heights.
