Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this DeeMaxx replacement adapter port. This is a 90 degree adapter port that's going to fit right in place of your DeeMaxx disc brake caliper's original adapter port. So, because this is a direct replacement from DeeMaxx, you can trust it is going to fit there. No worries about compatibility issues or anything like that. But just to give you some extra reassurance, this does have the one eighth inch NPT male fitting with the one eighth inch 27 thread size.
We also have the three 16th inch female inverted flare fitting with the three eighths by 24, three eights of an inch by 24 thread size there. And this is a corrosion resistant brass construction, so it is gonna hold up really well for you. But more than anything because this is a direct replacement from DeeMaxx, you can trust it is gonna fit right in place of that original, allow you to make those connections, and use your brake calipers again. The DeeMax disc brakes are working great. I really feel much safer when I stop my 14,000 lb camper. The braking distance is much shorter compared to the drum brakes that I replaced. These DeeMax has been the best upgrade I did.
