Question:
I need a 14 to 16 inch bow stop bracket that fits a 4 in wide winch and 4 inches to the pulley bolt center

The closest bow roller bracket for winch stands that we have to the dimensions you listed is the CE Smith # CE31005PG. This bracket is 13-3/16" tall and is designed to fit around a 3-1/2" wide winch. We do not currently offer any brackets that are designed to fit around a 4 inch wide winch.
