The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88101 are confirmed to fit the front of your 2003 Dolphin with the Workhorse W22 chassis. These have the internal jounce bumpers that will help to reduce bouncing and reduce the risk of damage to the bags in the event they become under inflated.
We also have the matching Air Springs # AL88202 for the rear suspension. These also have the internal jounce bumpers.
I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ with these air springs. The compressor can control the air pressure in the front and rear air springs separately and with the smart manifold it will maintain the air pressure in the springs to within 3psi while driving. It allows you to adjust and monitor the air pressures with either the wireless remote or you can use your smartphone with the Airlift mobile app.
