The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving your setup a sleek, from-the-factory style. Nothing extends past the feet, so the rack blends right in and keeps a low profile. The WingBar Edge looks like it belongs there—clean and integrated rather than something you just bolted on.
Wind noise can be one of the most annoying parts of driving with gear on the roof. These aerodynamic bars help smooth airflow while built-in split rubber strips fill the top channels to cut down on whistling and vibration. The result is a quieter ride that doesn’t leave you fighting to hear over the sound of rushing air.
This rack is ready for whatever adventure you’re planning. The aero-style crossbars work with accessories that mount in the top channels or clamp around the bars. That means you can haul bikes, kayaks, skis, or cargo boxes without worrying about compatibility—just load up and go.
Installing accessories shouldn’t turn into a project. The top channels on these bars have split strips that let you slide mounts right into place—no trimming required. The strips close back around the mounts once installed, keeping things sealed against wind and weather while making setup simple.
If you want to lock down your setup, you can add Thule’s One-Key System (sold separately). It lets you secure both the roof rack and any channel-mount accessories with a single key, giving you peace of mind when your gear is left unattended.

Great Thule rail feet to install the Evo Flush Rails on my car.
Solid structural piece. End caps fit loosely. Whistles loudly at anything over 30 MPH. Weatherstripping blew out first time down the road.
When a last-minute change to our travel plans required the addition of a rooftop carrier for additional luggage the team at etrailer was there to get me the required items in time for our departure. I am very appreciative of the above and beyond effort made by the etrailer team!
It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
