The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving your setup a sleek, from-the-factory look. Nothing sticks out past the feet, so the rack looks clean and integrated. The WingBar Edge system includes two 34" long aluminum crossbars that mount directly to your flush rails, keeping things low and streamlined while still ready for any trip.
Wind noise can make a long drive feel longer, especially when you’ve got gear up top. The aerodynamic shape of these bars helps smooth airflow over the roof, and the split rubber strips in the top channels fill gaps that would otherwise whistle. That means less vibration and cleaner airflow when you’re moving down the highway.
Whether you're hauling kayaks in summer or skis in winter, these aero-style crossbars are built for versatility. They work with both channel-mount and clamp-on accessories, so you can use carriers for bikes, watersports gear, snow equipment, or cargo boxes without worrying about compatibility.
Some roof rack channels require trimming rubber pieces before adding mounts—but not these. The split strip design lets you slide accessories straight into the channels without cutting anything. Once installed, the strips close back around your mounts, keeping a weather-tight seal and helping maintain that quiet ride.
You can add Thule’s One-Key System (sold separately) to secure both the rack and any channel-mounted gear with a single key. It’s an easy way to add theft deterrence when you leave your vehicle parked at a trailhead or hotel overnight.

It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
