Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the custom mounting brackets for the Roadmaster Reflex and Exact Center steering stabilizers. Now, this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 1999 to 2016 Ford F-53 and F-550 class A motorhomes with the V10 engine. Also fits the 2017 to 2019 Ford F-53 and F-550 class A motorhomes with the V10 engine and under 24,000 gross vehicle weight rating.

Now, these are custom brackets that'll attach to your vehicle's frame so that you can mount your Roadmaster steering stabilizers to your motorhome. It is designed to work with the Roadmaster Reflex steering stabilizer, which is part number RM-RSSA, or the Exact Center steering stabilizers, part number RM73RR and the RM36RR. All three of those stabilizers we do sell separately on our website. Now, this is a bolt-on installation. There's no drilling or welding required for installation.

It will use the factory axle bracket holes on one end and the tie rod location on the other. It includes the custom hardware to install all this and a nice set of instructions that'll described how it all goes together. These parts are made in the USA. But that should do it for the review on the custom mounting brackets for the Roadmaster Reflex and Exact Center steering stabilizers..

After 1 year of being installed, I am very happy with this kit. Easy installation, good value, and works well.

Installation was straight forward and took about a hour and a half. You must use an impact wrench to break loose the nuts on the axle but that was the most difficult part of the installation. Alignment did require several attempts to get it right. Have put a few hundred miles on it now and very pleased with the results. Installed a rear sway bar and Koni shocks prior and this was the last piece needed on our 2018 36 foot Bounder.

It's funny I'm writing a review for one of your employees Sherry S. today. I spent most of today dealing with two different phone service companies regarding my cell phone service and have had nothing but a complete nightmare dealing with these two companies' customer service departments. It's been a complete joke and a waste of a lot of my time today. It's not possible in today's world to find anyone in customer service willing to help the customer anymore without speaking a foreign language or spelling out exactly what you need.

On the other hand, my experience of placing an order through your company's website and getting exceptional help from Sherry S. in your service department has changed my outlook. There is hope and Sherry proved it to me. She went out of her way to find a solution to what I needed, then she understood my concerns and most of all she "Listened to Me". Wow! Whatever you're paying this Lady I suggest you give her a raise and don't let her go! She showed me the most impressive customer service I've experienced in 20 years and that's the truth! The task of installing the Roadmaster steering stabilizer was as simple as it gets. However, I used an impact wrench to remove axle u-bolts! I'm anxious to go out and drive on a paved road to adjust and evaluate the benefits.

Good quality parts. Keep in mind here these get installed you need done sizeable tools and under the spring perch the ubolts need a good amount of torqueing

Availability Of Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer For 2023 Ram ProMaster 3500
Hello, thanks for writing in. I double checked with Roadmaster and unfortunately they don't offer a Reflex Steering Stabilizer fit for a 2023 Ram ProMaster 3500. They do offer a Rear Anti Sway Bar # RM52GR which you can add to help with rear end stability. No way to add a steering stabilizer at this time though.

Availability of Replacement U-Bolts for Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer # RM42RR
We have a way to get the replacement U-bolts for the Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer part # RM42RR with the part # RM-RBK22 which includes all of the mounting hardware but we do not have just the U-bolts by themselves.

Which Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizers Fit 2020 Ford F-53 Motorhome Chassis
Since you have the Reflex stabilizer part # RM-RSSA already you can just go with the correct bracket kit for your F-53 with the part # RM-RBK25 if you have a GVWR over 24,000 lbs or # RM-RBK22 for under 24k. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.

From what I could find on your 2017 Coachmen Mirada 35BH, it uses a Ford chassis. The Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets for Class A Motorhomes # RM42RR will work for your 2017 Coachmen Mirada on a Ford Chassis. The Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets for Class A Motorhomes # RM42RR uses the Custom Mounting Brackets for Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK22 which are confirmed to fit the Ford chassis used for motorhomes....

The Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM36RR will fit your 2017 Thor on a Ford F-53 chassis as long as the GVWR on the chassis is under 22K. If the chassis is 22K or higher for the GVWR you will need the Exact Center # RM73RR. Neither of these include the mounting kit necessary to install it. The Mounting Brackets # RM-RBK22 are for chassis with a GVWR under 24K and we have the Brackets # RM-RBK25 for GVWR's of 24K and higher.

There really is not much difference between them save for the paint color.
