Hello. I have a 2016 Thor ace 30.2 Ford f53 chassis Which bracket kit do I use? Some say rbk9 and some say rbk22.

For your 2016 Thor A.C.E. 30.2 you will want to use the Custom Mounting Brackets # RM-RBK22.
If you don't already have the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer then you can get part # RM-RBK22-RSSA instead which comes with the stabilizer and the correct mounting bracket.
