Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valtera RV waste valve. This valve adds or replaces a 2 inch waste valve on your RV. It's going to feature a 2 inch blade X valve. It's made from a durable black plastic construction. It's going to feature a spigot connection on each end, or on each side. They're both going to measure the same.
If we can an inner diameter measurement, you'll see that that measurement is 2 inches, outer diameter is around 2 3/8 of an inch. Really nice design. It's going to feature a black T handle, here on top, which is going to allow for nice, easy, smooth operation. Just pull it to open the valve, and then close it, or push it back down to close the valve. The unit also features the appropriate seals to offer inaudible 00:00:45 performance.
A few measurements to go over with you real quick. Overall measurement going this direction, with the handle in the closed position, is going to be about 7 3/4 of an inch. If we open it all the way up, take that same measurement, it's going to measure closer to 10 1/2 inches. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valtera RV waste valve.

I have a Hitchhiker 2 that features a waste valve connected to the tank, which is located in the middle, under the camper, with extended handles that I purchased, enabling me to access the valve from the side of the camper. Once I removed the under belly and replaced the valve they seem to work great

Fit perfect & was made heavier, better quality, than the one I replaced it with.
I had to replace approximately 24 inches of pipe, elbows, and blade valve. It took me awhile to find out that ABS pipe is measured Inside Diameter, and I didn't want to cut the pipe until I was absolutely sure. Once I was sure, it all went in well. I used a flexible straight connector to put it in place, and that solved many problems. Attached is a photo of my finished assembly. By the way, that "liquid sealant" sold in stores is Worthless!
I purchased 4 gate valves for a home-made pond filter system (the MK-2 from England). They have worked as advertised. I have had to re-apply some additional rubber caulking due to a tiny leak (not due to the gate valve). Otherwise, no complaint. If I've ever the need, I'll probably look to this gate valve again in future.
The valve arrived as promised in excellent condition. The valve was made of heavy duty material and fit perfectly.

Delivery was as stated. I used the Valves for to isolate sections in a dust collection system in my wood shop. Valves work perfectly , I no longer need to use cardboard to block off sections I am not using.
I couldn’t find this valve anywhere but e-trailer, and they had one readily available and at a reasonable price. Came within a few short days with a tracking number so I wasn’t wondering where is was. The valve it self is medium duty but does the job well on my portable waste tank for my RV. So far, I would highly recommend this product and e-trailer!
