My class A came with the over cab bunk but no ladder. This worked great and was easy to install. My husband did have to cut about 6 inches off the bottom. I will say the box it came in barely made it to my house as it was all torn up and taped up by the postal service. Luckily all the small parts were still in what was left of the box.

When i did i lift on my Teryx i couldn't fit it into my toy hauler, so i ended up fixing the bed by narrowing it. The ladder that i had was too short luckily i found this on etrailer which ended up being perfect.

I have purchased many products from Etrailer and this one was the worst experience. The ladder arrived looking used and had pets missing. I’m sure the box didn’t help as it was completely destroyed. It is unusable since the bolts holding the tabs are missing. I can’t speak much about the ladder itself because it is unusable.

Just as described and fast shipping. Ladder looks good, but seemed to flex with me testing it. Don't know how'd it do closer to max weight, but it won't have that much weight put to it. Unless it's going to be close to max weight, I would recommend it.
Definitely recommend dealing with etrailer.

I bought this ladder to go with my daughter‘s bunkbed. The bed has a built-in ladder on the ends but the way the bed is situated in the room, it needed to be on the side. After some research, I found this one and it really is exactly the right thing for the bed. My main comment is that it’s a bit flimsy. I only weigh 150 pounds but she says it really bends when I climb up to her bed. If you weigh 200 pounds or more it is likely you will break it. It’s perfect for a scrawny seven-year-old however!

So it has been a year and the ladder is still working great. As I said a year ago, I don’t think you would feel very secure on it if you weigh more than 200 pounds but it’s been working perfectly for my daughter and myself this whole time — and will likely continue to work perfectly for a few more years at this rate! It is a very good product for the price. We just use the hooks and therefore it can be easily removed when needed to be out of the way.

We changed the over-the-cab entertainment set-up in our Minnie Winnie to a bunk, and needed a ladder to access it. We constructed our bed platform ourselves, so there were no hooks for the ladder. We used a sturdy shower curtain rod, laid it beside the mattress to hook the ladder on, and it works perfectly! It is a sturdy ladder, and lightweight, so it’s easy to throw up on the bunk as we travel. We definitely recommend this ladder!

I needed a padded ladder to access upper bunk to a metal bunk bed in a bedroom. This ladder matches the metal and solved the discomfort of climbing on the metal rungs attached to the bunk bed. This ladder has flat rungs to which I added automobile seat belt pads for comfort when climbing into bed with your bare feet.

Excellent solution for the discomfort of stepping on narrow-metal-round rungs.

Perfection would be if the ladder were about 3 inches longer.

I purchased this ladder and it meets all of my expectations and works perfectly in our new travel trailer. The bigger story here is about the outstanding customer service I received from etrailer when there was a mix up regarding the product I purchased and it was partially my fault. I desired to order the black order, but received the chrome ladder. I contacted etrailer and they sent the black ladder out to me immediately even before I sent the chrome ladder back. They also e-mailed me labels to be printed to send the chrome ladder back free of charge to me and made clarifications to their website. Its been quite awhile since I have received this type of "customer first" attitude and I will not shortly forget it. I will go to etrailer first for anything I need for my travel trailer.

We just purchased our 2nd RV (Passport 2650bh) and the top bunk was a bit of a challenge for my boys, 5 & 4 coming in at about 54" high at the ledge of the top bed. This ladder is perfect but first let me talk about etrailer. They are awesome to work with. They offer Paypal, which I love, communication was great and shipping was speedy. I received emails throughout the order process with progress updates and was told my shipping speed had been upgraded at no additional cost to me. If the need arise, I will be doing business with them again. Now back to the ladder... The ladder is very sturdy and cut to size easily. On the handy scale of 1-10, (1 being - what's a tool? and 10 being I can build a house) I'm a couple notches above a high heel shoe is a hammer and a butter knife is a screw driver but I'm not afraid of a little power. So, once I received it (in three days BTW) I pulled out my cute Dremel and took off ~about 7 inches. Since the ladder has rubber feet, exactness and smoothness of the cut is not a major issue because the feet will hide all that but you don't want your cut to be too off or one leg will be longer than the other... Measure twice, cut once. It came with all parts but we are using the hooks that slip over the ledge not the permanent hooks. The black finish goes well with the decor and doesn't look like an eye sore at all. It actually looks like it came with the unit. I am far from 300#s, which is what it say it will support (I'm 138#s) so I figured if it could hold me, my kids would be fine. It does well under foot, no shifting during the climb or anything like that. My boys couldn't wait to give it a shot. After watching them try to climb to the top bunk before the ladder and now watching them after the ladder I noticed a decrease in my blood pressure elevation so I would like to add this ladder lowers blood pressure but please consult with your doctor before stopping any medications. Kid tested, mother approved... We love it and so will you so go ahead and add it to your shopping cart already!

We bought the bunk ladder because the vinyl trim covering on the bottom bunk was getting damaged with our daughter using it to get up to the top bunk of our travel trailer. I installed the ladder in about 30 minutes. I had to cut 10 inches off the legs to get the proper angle of 11 degrees or less. I have the ladder at 8 degrees and works fine for both my daughter and son. I used the included hardware to permantley install the brackets to the side of the top bunk bed frame. When it will not be needed, the ladder will be stored on top of one of the bunks.

Works great for the bunk in our Rockwood Signature Ultralite. We decided to shorten it a few inches but it really was not necessary. It was easy to do. The kids love it and so do we. The steps are wider than the old ladder and do not hurt our feet when need to stand on it to clean or make the bunks.

For your over cab bed, we have the Surco RV Bunk Ladder - 1" Wide Hooks - 60" Long # SP501B or the Stromberg Carlson RV Bunk Ladder - Aluminum - 60" Tall # LA-460. These are also available in 66 inches long # SP504B and # LA-466. I don't know if the wood on your cabinets will allow you more space, you will need to check your owners manual or check with the manufacturer.

Will Stromberg Carlson RV Bunk Ladder Work on Rounded Bunk for 2019 KZ Connect
It is a little difficult to see the rounded edges that you mentioned in the picture but the Stromberg Carlson RV Bunk Ladder # LA-466 should still work well to allow for easy easy access on the bunk. I have attached an image that gives you a closer look at how the mounting hooks will attach to the bunk rail so you can get a better idea if this will work. Also keep in mind that if the rail is too large or won't acommodate the hooks, you can also use the included hardware to mount brackets...

If you are unsure about the length of the ladder you need for your Four Winds trailer I recommend going with the longer # LA-466. This ladder is 66-inches long but it can be shortened to give you the length you need for your bunk. That way you don't buy a ladder that would be too short.
