The Econo Porch Trailer Step gives you a solid, sure-footed way to step in and out safely. Each step is 27" wide and 9" deep, with a comfortable 7" drop/rise that feels natural for anyone. Built from powder coated steel to resist rust and corrosion, it supports up to 350 lbs without flexing. Whether you’re carrying gear or helping someone with limited mobility, these steps stay stable and firm underfoot.
At the top, a 27" wide x 16" deep landing gives you room to pause and steady yourself before entering. It feels more like stepping onto a mini porch than a narrow stair, making it great for users who want a little extra space to balance or handle doors comfortably. Yellow indicators on each step improve visibility in low light, and the non-slip surface keeps your footing secure even when wet.
You can mount the handrail on either side to match your setup. It measures 25" deep, 41" tall in front, and 54-3/4" tall in back, giving you a solid grip from bottom to top. The handrail adds confidence for anyone needing support going up or down, and makes the steps easier to use for older adults, kids, or pets.
When it’s time to move, the fully assembled step system folds down to just 47" wide x 35" long x 5" thick. Six lock-open braces attach for stability when set up, then come off for compact storage. Weighing about 45–50 lbs, it’s manageable enough to lift into a truck bed or storage bay between trips.
These steps are designed for continuous outdoor use. The heavy-gauge steel frame is powder coated to stand up to weather, so it holds its finish even after rain and sun exposure. It’s a solid, dependable porch step that makes every entry feel safe and steady.

Hi Kim,I am also opening a mobile shop and am looking for stairs for the rear of my chevy step van. Do your customers step on your bumper to enter your mobile boutique or does the top step sit on top of your bumper? Thanks!

Hey Sarah!The top step meets the back bumper. We have a p30 Chevy and it works out great. Depending where we park what the ground is like or how much merch we have on the truck, there may be a 1 dip. We put a strip of tape where it meets the bumper for safety purposes. So, our clients step onto the bumper and then step into the truck. One of our best investments. Good luck with the business!!

These steps have been the best investment we have ever made for the trailer. As we age, it gets sort of scary going up and down trailer steps. I NEVER went on a trip that someone didnt ask about the steps and where I got them. I recently sold my travel trailer and am in the process of getting a new one and I took the steps to a farmhouse I have that is in the process of being remodeled. I used the steps for one of the doors, knowing I would be building a deck and didnt want to build something permanent, only to tear them down. They have been left out in the elements and the paint job is perfect, not a sign of rust. Cant say enough good about this product!

Were still loving our steps over a year later. Coming out of the trailer with an arm load of dinner heading to the picnic table is now so much safer than the trailer steps. Thank you for a wonderful addition to our trailer.

I actually purchased those as a gift for my father. They are wonderful! They are very well built, sturdy and solid. The hand rail makes me feel so much better about my dad going up and down them, much more safely! He is able to get in and out of his motorhome much more easily and safely, and I feel much more comfortable. When I am not there I dont worry near as much about them slipping and falling!

One year on the coast in the Pacific Northwest, sand, salt air, we used these steps in all four seasons daily. They are solid as a rock showing little wear, no rust here everything seems to rust fast. This is one of the best purchases weve made for the RV, I highly recommend it to anyone.
