  It sounds like you likely have an issue with the circuit board. Unfortunately the Northern Breeze fan was discontinued in 2009 and we do not have the replacement parts available anymore. If parts are starting to go bad on your fan, the best solution is going to be to replace your fan with the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # V2094SP-34 which has a 12v fan and manual lift.   I have included a diagram that shows the location of some screws that attach the screen frame and the upper housing (fan shroud) to the flange. That may allow you to access the area you are needing to look at. The Ventline Northern Breeze is a discontinued fan model and there are very few replacement parts available. I can say though without knowing that part, that the Ventline # V2094SP-34 is not what you're looking for because this is an entire replacement.   Hello Matthew. It is odd that you would be having problems with both vents simultaneously. Generally, when these vents are not functioning properly, or will not respond to controls it is an indicator that your control board in malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.
