It was obvious the box had been previously opened and returned. Manuals were not in the manual jacket, the box had shipping tape holding it closed.

by:

The whole unit was crushed and damaged.

by:

Exact Replacement fit for 2016 Winnebago Navion/View.

Pull and plug! In kind replacement for RV. I’m a full time RV’r…. etrailer is my “go to” for customer service, competitive pricing and critical resupply. I find I’m not hostage to the local RV shop. It is a most refreshing situation. Microwave is a solid unit offering all needed options. I was satisfied with my first one.

by:

You shipped the wrong item. It took a bit to get it returned, but the RMA worked well. Wish you had fulfilled the order correctly.

HP Microwaves: 1st one lasted 9 years; 2nd one lasted one year; this one is #3, so we will see how long.

Nick was extremely helpful...great customer service!

by:

Fit right into place.
We have not had
any trouble cooking in it.
Only have one tic with it. It mounts low in my RV and the touch pad doesn't light up for the controls so I use the flashlight on phone to see it.
Would I purchase it again...absolutely.

by:

Great experience, love dealing with etrailer. Wonderful customer service!

by:

Microwave exchanged due to shipping damage. New MV received in 3 days. Excellent customer service.
And excellent communication by Amy J. She’ll actually call YOU to follow up! Pretty top shelf in this day and age.

by:

This model was an exact replacement for the High Pointe microwave in my 2018 Coachman Lepechaun,260 DS. I reused the original black trim kit from my old microwave instead of the stainless trim kit that came with the new microwave. The old trim kit fit perfectly. It just looks better with my kitchen appliances.
The new model comes with a child lock feature. When the microwave arrived the default was set with the child lock option activated. There are easy instructions to deactivate the child block if you don't desire to use it.

by:

Stronger then original Microwave and this one has convection.
Works great, cooks great and easy to clean.

I would buy again.

  • Minimum Clearance Required For The High Pointe Built-In RV Convection Microwave # HP99ZR
Hey Steve, The High Pointe Built-In RV Convection Microwave # HP99ZR requires a cutout hole 22-7/16" wide x 15-3/16" tall x 19-1/4" deep. This unit comes with a trim ring (24" wide x 16.75" tall) to cover the gap between the cutout hole and microwave. Do you know the model number of your current unit you're trying to replace or the dimensions of the space you have available?

  • Replacement for a Apollo Half-Time Convection Oven
Thanks for the picture! In order to recommend a replacement I am going to need some measurements of your Apollo Half-Time Convection Oven. The High Pointe RV item # HP99ZR you were looking at might fit depending on the cut out dimensions for your microwave. It measures 20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall x 18-11/16" deep and has a trim width of 24". If you could email me the dimensions or comment in the box below of your microwave or cut out I would be happy to make a specific recommendation for you.

  • Replacement RV Microwave Options For A 2006 Airstream Safari Travel Trailer
Hey Glenn, To stay within the dimensions you've provided the High Pointe Built-In RV Microwave # HP59ZR might be a possible fit. It's 19-1/8" wide x 11-1/2" tall x 14-13/16" deep with a trim plate that's 20.75” wide x 15” tall. If the trim isn't going to cover the gap or if you have enough space to go a little bit larger then I would choose the # HP99ZR or # HP49ZR instead. These units are 20-1/2" wide x 12-7/8" tall x 20" deep and have a trim plate that's 24” wide x 16.75” tall. This...

  • Convection Microwave that Could Fit 2015 Breeze 32BR
Hey Ted, the closest option we have in size to what you need to replace is the High Pointe Built In RV Convection Microwave part # HP99ZR which has cutout dimensions of 22-7/16" wide x 15-3/16" tall x 19-1/4" deep and is overall 20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall x 18-11/16" deep. I believe this could work for you as long as you could handle the longer depth that this has. This is a convection microwave as well.

  • Replacement Convection Microwave for High Point EM925AQR
Hey Volker, the closest option we have is the part # HP99ZR which has cut out dimensions of 22-7/16" wide x 15-3/16" tall x 19-1/4" deep. The biggest issue would be the depth being a bit more than what you listed. Is there additional depth that could be used on your RV? If not you'd have to look into opening up the area behind that area.

  • Microwave Replacement Recommendation for Dometic D0TR12C
The most similar microwave in size to what you have now would be the High Pointe part # HP99ZR which is a convection style microwave. It measures 20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall x 18-11/16" deep which is very similar to what you have and also comes in at a lot less money than what you mentioned. It would be hard to say what it would take to repair you current microwave.

  • Can High Pointe Microwave HP99ZR Replace Daewoo KOC-925T
Hey Robert, most likely yes the High Pointe part # HP99ZR can replace your Daewoo part # KOC-925T but since the dimensions of that microwave are not available online I am not able to verify this. Based on similar Daewoo models though I would say it is very likely it will work. The # HP99ZR measures 20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall x 18-11/16" deep which is a very standard microwave size. Let me know if you have something different though.

  • Can I Use A Baking Tray In The High Pointe Built-In RV Convection Microwave HP99ZR?
Hello Jackie. It is possible to use a baking tray in the High Pointe Built-In RV Convection Microwave # HP99ZR, provided the tray itself is microwave safe. A circular rack is preferred. If you have a rectangular rack, you will need to use the included rack and remove the turntable. That said, this microwave is designed to be used with the turntable. Food may not cook as evenly when using a stationary baking tray.

  • Troubleshooting A Dometic DOTR12CB RV Microwave That Isn't Turning On
Hey William, The manual is referring to the circuit breaker in your electric panel. There isn't a separate fuse to check on the microwave itself so you'll want to see if the circuit (outlet that's powering the microwave) is tripped. If it's not tripped go ahead and turn the breaker off, wait like 10-15 seconds, and then turn it back on. Some times the breaker will trip but not fully push the lever down to show you it's tripped. If this is the case then you'll want to replace the circuit...

This is going to be the closest option dimensionally at 21" wide x 11" tall x 15-3/4" deep, but I've had a lot of troubleshooting questions come through for Greystone and most of the time there's no one to talk to or there's just simply no replacement parts so I try to avoid this brand if possible. • Why Is The Cutout Hole So Much Larger For The High Pointe RV Convection Microwave # HP99ZR
Hey Dick, Extra space for mounting and breathability for the unit itself is why the manufacturer lists the cutout hole needing to be 22-7/16" wide x 15-3/16" tall. That being said if your cutout hole is smaller but can still fit the # HP99ZR (20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall) you don't need to cut the hole larger. The included trim ring is 24" W x 16-1/4" T externally and 20-3/4" W x 12" T internally (see diagram) so it would cover the gap between the cabinet and microwave.
