It was obvious the box had been previously opened and returned. Manuals were not in the manual jacket, the box had shipping tape holding it closed.
The whole unit was crushed and damaged.

Fit right into place.
We have not had any trouble cooking in it.
Only have one tic with it. It mounts low in my RV and the touch pad doesn't light up for the controls so I use the flashlight on phone to see it.

This model was an exact replacement for the High Pointe microwave in my 2018 Coachman Lepechaun,260 DS. I reused the original black trim kit from my old microwave instead of the stainless trim kit that came with the new microwave. The old trim kit fit perfectly. It just looks better with my kitchen appliances.
The new model comes with a child lock feature. When the microwave arrived the default was set with the child lock option activated. There are easy instructions to deactivate the child block if you don't desire to use it.
Stronger then original Microwave and this one has convection.
Works great, cooks great and easy to clean.
I would buy again.
