The most similar microwave in size to what you have now would be the High Pointe part # HP99ZR which is a convection style microwave. It measures 20-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" tall x 18-11/16" deep which is very similar to what you have and also comes in at a lot less money than what you mentioned.

It would be hard to say what it would take to repair you current microwave.

Hey, how did things turn out with the High Pointe convection microwave you were looking at as a replacement for your Dometic unit? Did the size and features end up working well for your setup? Your update could make it easier for the next person facing the same choice.
