Troubleshooting High Pointe 1908M Convection Microwave Not Heating Up

Question:

Good Morning.. I have a High Pointe 1908M convection microwave, that lights up, spins the turntable and counts down on the timer, but NO HEAT. It is a Model 1908M and not sure which model you have that matches this one. IT is all black, including the counting frame. Currently out camping now.

While we don't have your exact model of microwave, we do carry similar ones like the High Pointe Built-In RV Convection Microwave # HP99ZR. I tried reaching out to my contact at High Pointe and they were unable to offer any assistance other than "check the warranty", but I was able to find a few things people mentioned they've found helpful online:

- Make sure you're following the operation instructions exactly
- Check that the fuse behind the shroud cover is good
- Ensure the microwave is getting enough power (check the outlet output)

Aside from this it would be good to check on that warranty and take advantage of it if nothing else works.

Thanks Jon, I did call in but you guys were out of stock on the black one and the stainless one. That is the FIRST time you guys did not have what I needed in over 7 years. Well done.
