The D-spud outlet lets you attach a handheld shower set (sold separately) to make cleaning mud and sand off the kids, pets, and shower walls even easier. To divert the flow of water to the shower set, simply lift the diverter pin on the faucet up.
To install, use the inlet shanks to drop the new faucet and deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Hand-tighten the included hardware against the back of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

Today we're taking a look at the Phoenix Faucets, Catalina RV tub and shower diverter faucet. This tub and shower diverter faucet lets you upgrade the faucet in your RV or camper. We had the D-spud outlet that lets you attach a hand held shower. Those are sold separately and available at eTrailer.com. All you have to do is lift the diverter pin up to activate the shower. We have the dual handle design with chrome lever handles and the quarter turn cartridge stem, that enables the faucet to fully turn on and off. We have blue on this side, which indicates the cold handle, and red on this side, which indicates the hot handle. It also features a washerless design to reduce friction and daily wear for long lasting durability.
It's a non-metallic, ABS plastic construction with a chrome finishing. It's a two hole installation. The inlet shanks have standard male NPSM connections, and it does come with the deck plate, and two mounting nuts. So all that's included. The flow rate is 2.5 gallons per minute. When it comes to the overall dimensions, we took a measurement.
Outside edge to outside edge with the handles in this orientation, that measured 9 1/2 inches wide. Very bottom to very top is about 2 3/4 inches tall. And the depth measurement was taken from the outer edge right here, to the plate right here on the backside. And that gives us a depth of about 5 1/8 inches. The base itself is 6 1/8 inches wide by 2 1/8 inches tall.
The connection points for the hot and cold water lines, these are separated on center by 4 inches. And then the spout length from this point here where it meets up with that base to the outer edge is about 4 inches as well. The inlet shanks right here have an inner diameter of 1/2 inch, outer diameter of 13/16ths of an inch, and again they're separated on center by 4 inches. They measure an inch and a half long, and the D-spud outer diameter is 13/16ths of an inch. That's going to do it for today's look at the Phoenix Faucets, Catalina RV tub and shower diverter faucet.
