  • Recommended Plug-And-Play Replacement Roof Top AC Unit For A 2016 Grand Design Reflection
Before purchasing anything you'll want to first remove the cover for the air distribution box and look for the controller and the wire harness that hangs down from the rooftop unit and plugs into the controller. It will either have a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). You'll also want to verify the BTU rating of your current unit so that you aren't putting a lower rated unit in its place when you swap it out. For a 6-pin connection I have the following recommendations: 13,500...

  • Replacement Air Conditioner Recommendation for a Dometic 57915.731 Air Conditioner
I have a great choice for you. While we do not carry the Dometic line of A/C's and I had a hard time finding the specifics of your 57915.731, we do have A/C's that will work to replace a Dometic A/C. There are two different routes that you can take here for replacement. A complete replacement (inside and rooftop components) or rooftop unit only (works with the inside components already in place from your Dometic). I recommend the Furrion Chill A/C. I like these because they are some of...

  • Replacement AC for Old Dometic Duo-Therm
Hi Jerry; until recently I would have said yes, the # ASA86YR or # ASA99YR will plug right into your Dometic setup making for a simple installation. We have started to run into compatibility issues with certain Dometic models and Advent Air doesn't seem to know what is compatible anymore. They have also stated their AC unit may burn up your air distribution box which would leave you replacing the entire system. It is for that reason that I recommend replacing your Dometic AC with Furrion....

  • Replacement AC Options For A 1999 Fleetwood Prowler
Hey Jeffrey, There isn't a guide to tell us what your motorhome has installed on it but you can remove the shroud on the rooftop unit to look for the manufacturer sticker that lists the model number and BTU rating. You'll also need to remove the cover to the air distribution box inside the motorhome and look for the wire harness that hangs down from the rooftop unit and plugs into the controller to see if you have a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. I have the following recommendations based...

  • Replacement Air Conditioner Recommendation for a Coleman Mach on a 2001 Fleetwood Tioga 24
Hey Kathryn, good to hear from you again! For your application I recommend picking up a Furrion Chill HE air conditioner because they come with wiring adapters to fit with your current Coleman wiring and have proven to be the most reliable. I'm not sure what the Btu rating or color is for your current AC, so here is a list of the Furrion ones that will work: White - 13.5K Btu # FR82PV - 15K Btu # FR42PV Black - 13.5K Btu # FR62PV - 15K Btu # FR32PV

  • Replacement Air Conditioner For a Dometic Duo-Therm Ducted System With Controller 3107541.009

The higher BTU's are going to have more cooling capacity and cool faster.

  • Recommended Replacement for Coleman Mach 8 RV Air Conditioner
The Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup part # FR82PV for 13,500 BTU or part # FR42PV for 15,000 BTU will be an excellent replacement for the Coleman Mach 8 RV Air Conditioner. This is a plug-in-play kit so all you'll be doing is replacing the overhead unit therefore allowing you to use your existing distribution box and thermostat.

  • Compatible Replacement For Airxcel 48000 Series Model 48203C869
Hello Alan, thanks for reaching out. The Airxcel 48000 series model 48203C869 is the same as the Coleman Mach 3. The Advent Ac Unit # ACM135 you mentioned will not be a compatible replacement for this. What I recommend instead is the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR82PV. This is a 13,500 BTU AC unit and it comes with a conversion kit that makes it directly compatible with your Coleman AC system. Meaning your thermostat and celling register will stay in place and work...

  • Recommended Replacement for a 15k Airxcel AC
Hey Blaine, since Coleman-Mach makes the Airxcel ACs I'd recommend going with the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR42PV. This AC is rated at 15k Btu's, will plug into your existing Coleman setup, and includes a start capacitor that offers an extra boost to help jump start the unit when a campsite or generator doesn't provide enough power. Hey Jeff, thanks for reaching out! Yes, the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR82PV will work great as a replacement for your Coleman Mach. • Replacement AC for Coleman Mach 8000 on 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 35N
Hi David; the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR82PV you looked at is what we would have previously recommended. However, we have run into compatibility issues so I can't say with absolute certainty it will work as a plug and play replacement. Since everything has switched to the new R32 refrigerant following the 2025 EPA regulations now is a good time to swap out the entire system. This avoids the need for a complete replacement down the road if a...

  • AC Replacement For My Truck Bed Camper With A Coleman System
Hey Todd, Our 13,500 btu is the closest we are going to have to your current 11,000 btu Coleman. You can still replace it with a 13,500 unit and not have any issues. If you are wanting quiet I recommend # FR82PV, Furrion Chill HE. Furrion is going to be the quietest option out of our ac units, and that one specifically comes with an adapter to use with a Coleman Mach system. So you could just replace the ac unit and use your existing distribution box. There is a separate heat strip you...

  • Replacement Condenser Units For A Dometic DuoTherm Two Unit System
Hey Bradley, If you're just wanting to replace the rooftop units and keep your current air distribution boxes and thermostat then you'll just need to check the wiring to determine if you have a 6-pin or 9-pin connector. If you remove the air distribution cover you should be able to look up and see the wire harness hanging down from the rooftop condenser unit and plugged into the controller. If you don't see it then Dometic probably mounted it inside the rooftop condenser unit and you'll...

Your Dometic model number 80611342 came back as a 13,500BTU unit so the only other information we'll need to know is the what style connector your unit has. Dometic units will either come with a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). • Replacement AC for Airxcel 48000 on 2011 Ameri-Lite Travel Trailer
Hey Michelle! The Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR82PV you looked at is what I recommend. This will be a plug and play replacement so it's an easy swap. It has the same 13,500 Btu rating you have now and you can also add the Furrion Heat Strip # FR35SR. Keep in mind, this just knocks the chill out of the air, it won't heat your trailer like a furnace would. If you need anything else don't hesitate to reach out in the comments below.
