Question:
I want to install a furrion ac to replace a dometic brisk 2. will this need any changes to the inside or will this unit work the same with the dometic ceiling mounted thermostat and heat strip. Also if I switch out the the second dometic unit down the line is the furrion compatible with the dometic wall thermostat.

I have a solution for you, lets go check it out.
**Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Furrion Setup - 13,500 Btu - Black # FR82PV.
**Coleman Adapter Wiring Kit for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioners # C-FACR15SA-A01.
*Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup - 15,500 Btu - White # FR42PV.
This unit will replace your old dometic brisk 2. You can leave everything inside the same as long as you use the coleman adapter wiring kit.
I also linked a Furrion unit that comes with the required wire adapter that plugs right into your current set up.
For your second question, Yes you can use the same furrion as long as you do not change anything inside. If you change your distribution box or thermostat you will need to change things up with the wiring.

He doesn’t have a Coleman he is replacing a dometic unit and from what I see I doesn’t require an adapter just Coleman.
