Hello everybody. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement key for the etrailer trailer tongue toolbox. Specifically key number CH504. Now you can find which key number you need by simply looking at the front face of your lock core on the toolbox. It should be engraved right around where the key is gonna go in.
Now getting into it, this is the key. It's gonna be quantity one. As you can see, it is engraved CH504, right there in the middle of the key. Again, you're gonna get quantity one, one replacement key. If you need more than one, just simply change the quantity in the cart before you make your purchase.

Can not get lock to turn with new key
Only one of the three keys fit the lock. All the numbers matched so I’m not exactly sure what happened.

I have never had keys for my toolbox, as I bought the truck (very) used, and the box was already on it and no keys were provided. The box needed some repairs, and now that those are done, I decided I wanted to be able to lock it. I ordered these keys based on the number imprinted on the lock face, and they are a perfect fit.
