Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement tire inner tube for your Trailer Valet swivel jack and trailer mover. This is for a quantity of one tube. Now this part here will replace the inner tube on your Trailer Valet 5X swivel jack and trailer mover. We do sell that part separately. It's STC- V211 and basically this tube is designed to insert into the tire on that mover.

The tire size that's on there is a 2.80/2.50-4 and this tire tube is designed to fit inside that tire. Now the, if you do need the tire also, we sell that separately on our website. It's part number TVTR. Now this does have a maximum PSI of 85. If you notice, has the tilted valve stem, which allows easy access without having to take the axle apart.

And also what's nice is has an extended collar down here where the valve stem meets the tube. Helps prevent that stem from extending beyond the wheel. And this part is for a quantity of one inner tube. But that should do it for the review on the replacement tire inner tube for the Trailer Valet swivel jack and trailer mover.

Received what appears to be a used inner tube. The are marks on the tube that look like the came from a rim or tire and the valve stem corroded on one side.

The tube matched up perfectly. I did try to replace the tire with a solid rubber tire but it wasn't compatible with this unit. The tube was very easy to switch after watching the YouTube video.

As always, the shopping experience with etrailer was excellent which is why I continue to do business with them over the years. The replacement inner tube for the trailer valet was a direct oem fit without issue. Just be careful the valve stem does not catch on the trailer valet axle yoke assembly when the tire rotates or it will rip the valve stem off. Which is why I had to order the replacement inner tube. I suspect later models with solid tires don't have this issue.

Haven't had a chance to actually install the replacement tube yet on the trailer valet and move our trailer (I unfortunately have to fly home for a funeral this week) but will most certainly be leaving a glowing review once I get back and have a chance to get some photos of the product in action, too.

Well etrailer was great and I got my tire fast, but I am a little disappointed in the product itself. Tire split at the seems after just using my trailer valet just three times. Glad to have gotten the replacement fast so we could be up and running again. Just hope the weak seam was a fluke and not a pattern.

In my opinion and experience, this replacement tube is superior to the original due to the placement of a collar where the stem meets the tube. Missing on the original tube, this collar prevents the stem from extending beyond the wheel exposing the tube to damage. Both of my original tubes failed at the piont of attachment to the stem when the tubes protruded beyond the stem hole in the wheel. Will buy again if needed. Thanks!

I’ve had these replacement tubes install for the past year and I must say they’re great. Replacement was a little tricky but the tubes and cells work fantastic without any kind of issue.

I don't know when I have dealt with a company better than the etrailer folks!!! No matter how many questions I have had, they answer them quickly and with a smile. Means a lot to us old folks that do not move quite as fast as we used to!!

The tube is proprietary to the jack on purpose and takes forever to receive (no prime or speedy delivery options). Get 3, you'll need them.

Works great. I think that most people who have tire leaks destroy the valve stem because they do not crank the dolly while turning the tire.

How to Correct Air Leaking from Tires on Trailer Valet Trailer Mover STC-V211
If the pneumatic tires on your Trailer Valet # STC-V211 are needing to be aired up each time you use your trailer I suggest either using a tire sealer product like Slime Tire Sealant # SLM10007 or if that does not solve the issue replacing your tires' inner tubes with part # TVIT. The tire on my wheelbarrow used to leak slowly until I applied some sealant. Since the sealant option is less costly I suggest trying that before replacing the inner tubes. Hey Frank, we do have replacement tires for the Trailer Valet jacks but it depends on what type of wheel you have currently. If you have a solid rubber tire the replacement you'd want is the part # TVXLSR, or if you have a setup that has an inner tube you'd need the part # TVIT, and the tire part # TVTR. Replacement Tires for 5X Trailer Valet
I have a solution for you but there are no solid rubber tires for the Trailer Valet 5X item # STC-V211 There are solid rubber tires from Trailer Valet but those will only fit the XL versions. The rims are different and not interchangeable. We do offer a replacement inner tire tube item # TVIT and tire item # TVTR. The 5X Trailer Valet has a 500 lbs tongue weight capacity and the tires need to be inflated to 85 psi.

Due to the chain attaching to the middle of the "hub", you would not be able to use one large tire. That being said, we do have replacement tires # TVTR that do use inner tubes # TVIT. You will need to get two of each to get everything replaced.

Changing Tube of Trailer Valet XL Trailer Jack
The best recommendation I can make would be to have the trailer attached to a tow vehicle so that the jack can be unsupported and you can easily access it. After that you'll need to unbolt the wheel assembly from the jack. Remove the valve stem with a valve stem remover so that it can complete deflate. Next pry off one side of the tire with a tire spoon and then reach in and pull the tube out. From there you'd just reverse process. The replacement tube is the part # TVIT.

I reached out to Trailer Valet and my contact said that they are always looking for ways to improve their products but at this point in time he isn't aware of any flat-free tires they are coming out with for the Trailer Valet 5X # STC-V211.
