This tire has a 1-year worry-free guarantee. If within the first 12 months the tire is damaged in any way, it will be replaced at no charge.
Bias ply tires are designed for off-road or agricultural applications. They are built with thick, durable nylon cords that are positioned at a 30- to 45-degree angle to the direction of travel. The layers alternate in a crisscross pattern, making the sidewalls stiffer so that the entire tire is able to flex easily. As a result, the tire provides a smooth ride and improved handling when trailering on uneven surfaces.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Kenda 6.90 by 6 by 9 bias trailer tire in a load range C, and it's mounted on this nine inch white solid center steel wheel with the four-on-four inch bolt pattern. Now, this is a bias trailer tire by Kenda. It's great for off-road and agricultural use, provide superior stability, and it'll reduce rolling resistance for a nice smooth ride. The wheel it's mounted on, you can see, is a solid center steel wheel, resist rust and corrosion, uses a white powder coat finish over an e-coat primer. Now, this tire wheel assembly does need the DOT Department of Transportation specifications.
A few measurements on this, starting with the wheel, the diameter of the wheel, which is measured inside to inside, is nine inches. The width on just the wheel is four inches wide. The wheel has a bolt pattern of four-on-four inches. And if you wanna measure that on a wheel that's an even number of lugs, in this case four, it's pretty easy because if you notice, the lug holes are directly across from each other. So to measure the bolt pattern, just measure from the center of one hole to the center of the hole right across from it.
So on this, it will measure four inches, so it's a four-on-four inch bolt pattern. Does use a wheel lug size of a half inch by 20. The pilot hole diameter, which is the large hole here in the center of the wheel, is 2-1/2 inches. Weight capacity on just the wheel is 1,120 pounds. Now, we mentioned the tire size, which will be stamped on the sidewall, and you can see it's 6.90 by 6 by 9.
It has a section width of 6-1/2 inches. Overall diameter on this when it's inflated is 21.1 inches. And this tire is a load range C, which means it's a six ply rated tire. Has a maximum load capacity of 1,298 pounds at 60 PSI. And the last thing is the speed rating on this tire is 62 miles per hour.
But that's gonna do it for the review on the Kenda 6.90 by 6 by 9 bias trailer tire in a loading C on the nine inch white solid center steel wheel with the four-on-four inch bolt pattern.
