Question:
I have had issues with my trailer valet 5X dolly blowing out both inner tubes the last two times I have used it. When I talked with a representative from trailer valet they hinted that there may be some flat-free tires for the 5X in the future. Can you confirm this and do you have any idea how soon they might be available for purchase?

I reached out to Trailer Valet and my contact said that they are always looking for ways to improve their products but at this point in time he isn't aware of any flat-free tires they are coming out with for the Trailer Valet 5X # STC-V211. There are solid rubber titres from Trailer Valet but those will only fit the XL versions.
You may want to check to make sure you aren't exceeding the 500 lb tongue weight capacity and that you have the Inner Tire Tube # TVIT for the Tire # TVTR inflated to 85 psi. If you have a different psi rating and you are close to the max tongue weight for this unit then that would explain the blowouts.
