What is the best way to fix a flat tire and put a new tube in.

The best recommendation I can make would be to have the trailer attached to a tow vehicle so that the jack can be unsupported and you can easily access it. After that you'll need to unbolt the wheel assembly from the jack. Remove the valve stem with a valve stem remover so that it can complete deflate. Next pry off one side of the tire with a tire spoon and then reach in and pull the tube out. From there you'd just reverse process. The replacement tube is the part # TVIT.
