While the product is great, the thing I want to highlight in this review is that the customer service was excellent...
I originally ordered the screws recommended for my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek / Thule ski rack. It turns out my ski rack is wider than the one contemplated in the recommendation and the screws were too short. I put them aside intending to simply return them.
But then I got an email from Joshua B checking on how I liked the product. I explained my situation and asked if they had a longer screw. He searched and determined they didn't. End of story, or so I thought.
But then I got another email from Joshua. He said that, actually, they did have a screw that would work. He even gave me the spec in case I wanted to buy it elsewhere. Naturally, I didn't do that so ordered the new length screws with etrailer.
I was really impressed that he bothered to get back to me. I think a lot of reps just wouldn't care (certainly, the AI bots wouldn't!).
I'm a loyal fan now!

That is great to hear, I am glad Joshua got back to you and took the time to find what you needed. How is it working since he found the new part?
