Hello everybody. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement strap for the SportRack Escape hitch mounted bike racks. Now folks, this replacement strap is gonna work with the Sport Track Escape hitch mounted bike racks. I'll put those item numbers on the screen for you. As you can see, it's a basic rubber material.
It's a direct replacement from the manufacturer, from SportRack, so you can be sure it works with those particular model numbers. As far as some quick dimensions, I'll throw an image on the screen. It's probably a little easier. It's about eight inches overall, five eighths between the outside to outside on the square ones. And as you can see on the diagonal, those squares are 11 sixteens of an inch.

Service was excellent. I bought this as a replacement strap for a Thule bike carrier--apparently Thule no longer makes OEM parts. The square holes on this strap are significantly smaller than the Thule straps, and it is stiffer and longer, but the strap can be made to work.

Bought as replacement straps for an older Thule bike rack. Square holes are very snug but I expect it to loosen up over time. Just glad to find something that would work for a very old bike rack!

Only place i could find this replacement strap. Thought it was a little pricey but arrived within a week of ordering. So bike rack is useable again.
