Is it one strap, or is it sold as a set?

The Replacement Strap for SportRack Escape Hitch Mounted Bike Racks # 05002200000 is sold as a single strap; to get a pair you would need to order two of them.
The reason for this is that some people only need one strap and would be getting one strap they don't need. A single strap allows people to only get the strap (or straps) they need.
