Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Roadmaster replacement end cap. This is going to replace one end cap on your Roadmaster sterling tow bar's non-binding latch. And as you know, this is going to keep out dirt and debris. It's gonna be very easy to replace, and it's black and color, and this is the direct replacement from Roadmaster. So you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of that original one that maybe got damaged or lost.

It is important to keep dirt out of the latching mechanism on a Sterling tow bar. Etrailer.com saved the day by offering just the part I needed without buying a kit full of hardware. I have used etrailer.com multiple times and and will again in the future.
This is a simple item - not much to get wrong, but Etrailer was really the only place I could find this part without having to buy a bunch of other items. The part I originally had was always loose and finally came off, not to be found. Etrailer had this in stock, very reasonable priced and reasonable shipping cost. Fast and efficient handling by Etrailer!
On our older towbar, I've found that these caps easily detach themselves and get lost. The replacements from trailer appear to be OEM and are working great for me. I'm just glad that minor parts like these are even available.

If only I had figured out sooner what these belonged to, I might not have lost the original. The ordered replacements fit perfectly.
Needs a cement or better tighter fit. Came out and lost it.

Because of the dust cap issue and huge bar attached to my car, I sold the tow bar and replaced with Blue Ox
Was easy to navigate the site and find the part I needed.
