Hello I purchased a 20’ solera awning approximately 3 years ago can’t find my info and I need the idle end arm assembly. Are you able to look up what I have. Thank you

Hi Tracy!
It looks like you ordered the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning - 20' Wide - Programmable - Black Fade LC517517 back in 2024. We do have a few replacement parts for this, but Lippert discontinued the specific arms (their part number 759517) a while back, unfortunately. If you were needing parts of the head, I have those listed below:
Replacement Front Cover for Solera Power RV Awnings - Regal Idler Head - Black # LC643923
Replacement Back Cover for Solera Power Awnings - Drive/Idler Head - Regal Style - Black # LC643921
Replacement Idler Head for Solera Power RV Awnings - Regal Style - Black # LC672052
If you were needing the whole arm though, that would mean you need to replace both arms. I know that's not what you were hoping to hear, but it doesn't look like there is another option available. I did a lot of looking and I couldn't find a replacement for what you got anywhere out on the web. So I know it's a huge bummer, but if you are needing the whole arm, you will need to following part:
Solera 12V Electric RV Awning Conversion Kit - 69" Arms - Black # LC434723
Again, this would be a full replacement (left and right arms), but it would get you back out there having fun. Sorry I don't have a better option for you.
If you don't mind my asking, what happened to your current awning?

I ordered the idler assembly, went great. ETrailer helped insure correct part and installation was very easy. Changing the whole assembly is the best method, no hidden damage to hold up repair. Thanks for ETrailer's assistance in the process.
