Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this replacement hydraulic actuator for your through frame RV slide out. Now this is going to be a replacement hydraulic actuator for an RV through frame slide out system. And the actuator is the hydraulic component that's going to help move the slide out room in and out. So if your original actuator is leaking, maybe it's damaged or no longer operating the slide correctly, this is intended to take its place. But the main specification to know about this is the 41-inch stroke and the 1-1/2-inch bore.
The 41-inch measurement refers to how far the actuator travels in and out. And then the 1-1/2-inch bore is measuring the internal diameter of the cylinder, not the outside diameter rather of the aluminum tube. And this is designed for Lippert hydraulic through frame slide out systems. And what we see here is these do have the threaded ends here on either side. So what's good about this or why you may be interested in this is rather than replacing your entire slide out system, all you have to do is replace the hydraulic actuator that's failed.
And so that's what this is going to be if the specs line up with what you're looking for. This has an aluminum cylinder body. Of course the actuator rod the hydraulic ports that you see here as the caps in them and there. And I mentioned the threaded ends of the threaded posts there. I think that's going to wrap up our look today.
I do wanna mention if you think you want some help with installation, maybe you're not too excited about doing the replacements yourself, on this product page underneath the photo section, we have a link that will take you to our installer locator. Click that link, answer the questions that it has for you and that locator will find an installer in your area that etrailer has partnered with to help you with the install. Well, that's going to wrap up our look today. Again, my name's Andy, thank you for joining me.
